Are you ready to push boundaries and spark new conversations through artistic research? The European University - FilmEU invites (postgraduate) researchers from around the globe to submit their contributions for the Artistic Research Exhibition 2025.

Synthetic Rewilding, between Nature and the Machine

The 2025 edition of the Artistic Research Exhibition calls for a profound exploration of the interplay between organic and artificial realms, seeking a deeper understanding of co-creation, cycles, and reciprocity. Artists and researchers are invited to delve into the liminal spaces where ecosystems and algorithms intertwine, where the natural and the synthetic blur into new forms of expression, by provoking questions of ethical and aesthetic convergence, temporal and evolutionary perspectives, and the transformative role of technology in art and life. The Synthetic Rewilding: Between Nature and the Machine welcomes contributions that challenge conventions, expand horizons, and embrace the dynamic dialogue between humanity and its environment.
