We are thrilled to announce that Naomi Kawase will join us as a keynote speaker in the upcoming edition of the AIE Conference. Her presence continues the tradition of high-level artistic voices that have headed the event in previous years, following plenaries by Anne Bogart, Joan Fontcuberta, Camille Henrot, and Angélica Dass.

The AIE Conference is a platform for exploring artistic practice as a mode of research, where creation, reflection, and education converge across disciplines.

We welcome both conventional academic formats and non-traditional modes of presentation, including:

• Workshops that involve collaborative or experiential methodologies
  
  
• Performances exploring embodiment, temporality, or liveness as forms of knowledge
  
  
• Installations that reconfigure space, perception, or audience interaction
  
  
• Traditional communications
  
  
• Video essays, artistic research films or audiovisual formats
  
  
• Works that can be presented through our virtual gallery, which hosts contributions adapted to online contexts
  
  

We encourage proposals that critically engage the intersection of art, research, and education.
