Using satire and corporate parody, Lisa Erdman's work explores the politics of gender, medicine, and cultural identity. She is interested in the internal and external mechanisms that shape our personal identity and sense of cultural reality. Lisa is currently a researcher and doctoral candidate at Aalto University School of Arts, Design & Architecture in Helsinki, Finland. She originates from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and holds an MFA in Electronic Arts from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York.
