Conflicts in group work are often related to communication problems. Be sure you have a system that helps the members express themself.
Make a bird of paper and yarn and a birds house of a piece of paper. The bird is fed with rice (write complaints on the snakes) and praise (write what you are satisfied with om the earths worms). Give the bird in the house the food. Remember to ask one of the group members to clean the birds house and check the food consumption every day. No singing at all might be a bad sign.
Report every day. Do something if the bird gets as much critic as it might think of leaving, or so little food that it might die.
Used until just 30 years ago, the canary was an important part of British coal mining history. A singing bird was a sign of liveable conditions in the mine. A singing canary is also a sign of liveable conditions in your group.
