Write down or record some reflections at the end. 

Find a safe and comfortable space in your house. (A nook, a corner, a bath tub, under the duvet etc.) Make some relaxed sounds from there.

The more you play the more relaxed you get.

Go to a public space. Close your eyes and sing a song for 5 minutes. Leave.

Go to a park. Make some music for the trees, grass, plants. Imagine they're paying close attention to you.
