In the context of "The desire for community: illusion, confusion and paradox" and "Many Americans believe that fake news is sowing confusion", "confusion" can be explored as a manifestation of social disorder resulting from misinformation, challenging the search for a real community. It reflects a cycle of madness perpetuated by illusions and paradoxes that hinder authentic connections.

YaraLuciaAframBo: "As for (how strange / how much Madness I could put in this) i really did fall into a loop of the voice I was repeating, it was fairly taking over me, which I loved! yet, again, not enough Madness of the being itself?"

YaraLuciaAframBo: "In an ongoing and rapid evolution post-modern world, this research explores the potential of imagination and dance/theater improvisation to reverse our minds and bodies through the untangled of knots we have written ourselves in the pursuing of a disciplined and controlled society. As a first phase, the study involved the design and recording experiences in which people intuitively improvise with their imagination to create “imageful beings”, hybrid creatures, gods, myths or spirits that flow from conscious and unconscious images and thoughts. Consequently, these new contemporary “beings” and myths were encouraged by performers and used as instruments to induce alternative ways of perception, improvisation, moving and sound. The results of these experiences were managed to create concrete directions for methodologies that stimulate paths to re- Meet one's body through the medium of an imaginary body. To my interest was to observe how this context stimulates people to adopt family patterns, to reshuffle the possibilities of the body and connect with a wild freedom of internal movements and impulses. Voting from this practice, I was able to observe the emergency of various threads of action that are both relevant to the choreographic practice and to the pedagogical exploration of the itself from a somatic and psychological perspective."

ThomasPearceOnth: "This exhibition proposes a method of artistic research that uses (and disobediently misuses) techniques of reconstruction as a mode of performance, artistic, and architectural invention. Our speculative notion of reconstruction challenges inherent disciplineary notions of history and simultaneously. The exhibition revolves around the discussion of a research and performance project entitled Jacob K. , which reconstructs the works of official Bauhaus choreographer and Gymnastics teacher Jakob Klenke (1874–1941). This reconstruction was the product of a collaboration between performance artists and architectural researchers, involving field work, site-specific re-enactment, 3D scanning, animation, and digital manufacturing, and culminated in a series of live performances at Campnagel (Hamburg) and during the 2019 Bauhaus 100 centennial. The exhibition is structured around a series of multimedia sections, each of which departs from an element of the performance's architecture and medial frame, describes aspects of the artistic research process, and uses these as a lessons for theoretical reflection. In analogy to our working method, which created the project as an boring layout of spatial and choreographic ‘proof’, this method of discussing the project consecutively adds lakes and connections to the project-assembly that is Jacob K. Through the exhibition, a practice emerges that challenge notions of only human-authored and human-centred design and performance; proposes a set of technology-specific training practices while calling historical discourses on body optimization; and subverses disciplinary uses of technology, prescribed logics of representation, and techniques of reconstruction, missing them instead in disobedient ways and reinventing them as creative challenges that can challenge dominant techniques of power."
