Why I take on this research and what I want to achieve

Interactivity 

What has been done before and why I think this area should be explored.

Why I think we need to understand interactivity from another perspective. Understand interactivity from the perspective of the participant.

I have made some interactive works before, and what interested me, was how people behave differently. While some participate with eagerness, some are very careful, especially when there are sounds involved and you are not quite sure how they are contolled, when there is proximity and when others are watching or hearing the sounds. I wanted to understand, what are the mechanisms of interactivity and how to work with those mechanisms iin order to create a more meaninful experience for the audience, that go deeper than exploring the The need to prep the room , to create a safe environment to foster the interaction to happen. 

With new technologies available, what are the core elements, to go beyond

There are Different settings and different modalities and also different perspectives. The meaning of the work is different, depending on where we look at it.
