Backdrop (Experiment) is a series of tests carried out during a research residency in O Espaço do Tempo (Montemor o Novo, Alentejo, Portugal) in May 2016. It consists of a double outdoor test-installation and an indoor test-installation (including two video documentations from the outdoor installations). The project was eventually finalized and installed for the exhibition You Gotta Say Yes To Another Access in the Research Pavilion in the context of the 57th Venice Biennale. The installation is made of pvc film, steel elements for the construction of a temporary outdoor stage.
