Topographies of Colours and Space, the Colors of Spode

As a colorarchaeologist, I have been mapping the colors of Spode, as well as the actual archives at site.

Folder archives contain documents that have been accumulated naturally and necessarily as a product of different kind of activities. The archives in the administration rooms at Spode are left hastily and partly in a mess. The logical order of the content is disturbed. Visually, however, a new order is created; the system of color and lines formed by the stacked piles of archives.

How can these colors act in space, in a space at Spode, both as pigment and light? How will semi-transparent fabrics stop or filter the light? How will the color meet, mix, change over time? My aim is a moving color installation to walk into and be a part of.
