Side A & B, Four vinyl records

Score: Mechanical Asynchronicity (2018), 2 sides of 4 vinyl recorded tracks

Four single instruments (Clarinet, Cello, Flute, Violin) played on four record players form a central part of the piece Score: Mechanical Asynchronicity accompanied by up to four musicians. The recorded pieces can be played with 1, 2, 3, or all 4 of the vinyl records while a similar mixed configuration of live musicians.

Music Box, Score, (2018)

Two hand-cranked music boxes (20-note and 30-note) and one 20-meter punch card tape.

This piece was initially part of the exhibition Bummock: The Lace Archive. Score was played daily at 3 pm alternating each day between the 30-note and the 20-note music box. When not being performed the work stood as a sculptural installation with the punch card tape in the music box ready to begin.

Full recorded versions of the punch card tape being played through the 20-note and the 30-note music boxes. Each piece is just less than 20 mins in length.
