Hi!


There are so many things fighting for our attention. I feel as if we are continuously bombarded from all sides by the noise from a huge world filled with hurt, competition, and conflict.

                                                         It makes us numb. 

I guess we are protecting ourselves - shielding our emotions by listening to fewer voices and closing our eyes to much of the news around us. 

                                                           I'm worried.

We need to keep feeling. Empathy helps us protect each other and strengthens trust and understanding. It leads to better societies and safer lives.

                                                           But I wonder.

Can this numbness be challenged by creating experiences that make us feel and share the emotions of others in new ways - so that we can understand each other better?
