This page maps the ongoing explorations of adapting larp practices for VR.

These explorations look a little different depending on their contexts, there are 4 main tracks, VR industry, artistic research, LARP and regional development.

Sometimes they cross each other or run parallel and this means the same methods or theory can be used on either track. At other times they diverge and take off in different directions with specific demands.

Grafic designer Sara Asplund and I wanted to illustrate it by giving it the shape of an organic hypertext chart, or system of roots…a tubemap for earth worms perhaps.
