Living on the street is a feeling like a challenge: sometimes interesting, sometimes frustrating, sometimes stressful, sometimes rewarding.

One has to develop a sixth sense for the place and the people. The van, a mobile home, becomes a thin membrane that protects us from the outside but also allows us a constant dialogue with it.

Living in Fontainhas reflects the possibility of constantly redefining one's privacy and space, offering a new way of considering home and being home to oneself; is a video about the cohabitation of multiple spaces, people, things in one place.

Public space becomes an essential presence of our living, both as a survival strategy and as a place to expand communication and human interaction.

The interesting experience of not being tied to a specific place makes us feel ephemeral in the landscape, emphasising the importance of the public realm and underlining the fluidity of one's identity as 'citizen' in favour of that of 'inhabitant'.

The video was proposed as a starting point to energise a workshop during the "Saida de Emergencia" meeting, to promote a group critical analysis of the work and the sharing of new perspectives on the themes addressed by it.The workshop will include a group reflection activity on four key themes outlined in the work:

- the body, physical exploration and boundaries
- public space, collectivity and the common good
- ecology and new relationships with the environment
- new models of living and dwelling in the post-capitalist context.

We approached the 4 themes for 3 minutes each, freely writing reflections and ideas on a large shared sheet of paper
