After focusing on the scent, I started to get confused, not knowing where to go and looking at my still in a daze. I began to think about whether I should start from "me" and search for the smell in my life?

My daily routine.

First, I analyze it from the things I repeat every day. The condition is that I will do it no matter what the day.

Memory

On this trip to South France, what impressed me most was the fragrance of orange blossoms I smelled in Menton. It reminded me of the fragrance of gardenias I smelled while riding a motorcycle near the train station when I was in college, and what I smelled in autumn. The scent of osmanthus smells in Shanghai. These are all very seasonal memories.

The sound of the sea is what I enjoyed most in Southern France this time

Incense sticks are a scent full of memories for me. It always reminds me of the memory of going to the temple with my mother to worship when I was a child. The first time I smelled this stick incense was at my cousin's house. They had just brought back the incense sticks from Japan. I will buy it again every time I go to Japan.

My criteria for choosing skin care products are not only based on my needs, but fragrance is also very important.

I would be devastated if I had a smell I didn't like on my face all day long. For example, SkinCeuticals’ CE Antioxidant Essence. After applying it, my face smelled like rust all day long.

When I was 25 or 26 years old, I didn’t use any skin care products. My skin was also very good, with apple-like skin and not dull or yellowish at all. No bumps or bumps. I also rarely drink water because I mistake alcohol for water.

 

But wait until I am between 28-30 years old. I really age very fast. I feel like I am getting older every day. I have wrinkles on my forehead, fine lines around my eyes, and nasolabial folds. In addition, because of work, I stayed up late every day and drank instead of water. My skin condition is really bad. Old, yellow, dull, and dry.

 

So I started applying skin care products and applying facial masks. every day. At least it will make me look better when I go to the studio. But this treats the symptoms rather than the root cause. The most important thing is to drink water every day, get enough sleep every day, and don't stay up late. (I'm still working on it too). Then these skin care products can make your skin condition even better.

 

Especially the wind in the Netherlands is simply a demonic wind. Leaving your face dry and filled with fine lines without even realizing it. So moisturizing from the inside out is really important. Use sun protection or wear a hat when the sun is shining. I used to think that tanning looks good and makes me look slimmer visually, but tanning also has maintenance requirements! Apply oil and moisturize. Otherwise you will be as wrinkled as a piece of salted and sun-dried meat! Without antioxidants, it will look like a dried apple!

I have been suffering from stiff neck and shoulder and neck pain for a long time. However, nearly one-third of the day is spent sleeping, so a good pillow is very important. Since I changed to a new pillow, my sleep quality has become better and I feel more energetic throughout the day.
