TIMELINE_______?

FASHION STYLE IN HISTORY______?

- missing connections

- music x fashin great, but it takes a whole community to get a movement going, e.g. Vivien Westwood as a creator of punk fashion

- some (sub)cultures featured, some not: why? due to importance?

- who exactly is the target audience?

- published in 2023, but yet there are wide gaps

Information is super based on brands as well as very high society centered: Vogue, Condé Nast ....

not all styles at one point of time are included: e.g. 1550-1600 in england but not over asia: Seoul Tokio??? What about small countries like monoglia etc.

Indian styles?? Africa?

"WORLD": very "western" view; more american view than anything (but overall, not only world category)

Missing: when were women starting to wear pants?

why include Lady Gaga "Fame" in there?

only rich people's clothes are portrayed, what about the working class? are there connections?

style for different occupations?
