Where improvisation takes form in interactions between audience, performers, time, and space a higher unity can occur as a shared experience of inspiration locked in time.
There is only now.
This nights assembles auteurs with unique perspectives and starting points, united by a passion for collective creations in the present.
A personal anecdote: I want this night at Blå to be more than just a collection of performances—it should be an experience that breaks past the usual boundaries of performative art. The idea is that by curating a lineup of performances that push and challenge their own formats, we also open up new ways for the audience to engage. I’m not claiming to invent this kind of participation—I’ve seen it happen, and I’d love to bring more of it to Oslo.
YBDG’s performances have had this effect on me personally, and I’ve seen it happen in an audience, too. When an artist truly “goes there”—not just in the moment, but as a real, ongoing pursuit—it expands what feels possible for everyone watching.
For me, there’s a clear connection between this and what the other artists that night are doing. Including YBDG in the lineup won’t just add to the night—it’ll shape the whole experience in a meaningful way.
Please find proposed time schedules below, which can be subject to changes in dialogue with artists, promoters and venue.

With a punk approach to collective existence YBDG has created waves since 2014 as an ever-evolving collective of strong individual performers.
YBDG claims space while simultaneously widening space for curious auciences, removed from the proscenium and integrated with the onlooker.
A message from YBDG's manager:
Our shows vary between 10-12k this included travels, accommodation, fee, our own materials, and doenst include a technician for built up, soundsystem, hazer.
Pro Helvetia the Swiss arts council regularly supports us. If the space is older than 2 Years and has a local out reach its very likely they support up to 40% of the needed budget.
Bendik Giske
Since Bendik hit the international music scene in 2018 with a debut concert at Berlin's CTM festival, quickly followed up by a debut album on Smalltown Supersound, his practice has taken many forms across the globe. Easily recognizable by his unique craft as a saxophonist, he carries the stage alone with sincerity and power through extensive use of circular breathing and bodily presence.
