How can an institution be considered as an actor in society based on artistic experiences, practices and intentions? Andreas Liebmann establishes a dialogue about challenges and qualities of artistic self-instituting and the relation of the local work to specific areas of crises that matter in different ways to many self-instituted artistic spaces and practices.
