Prompts / script

Prompt ideas (question form):

If you could only answer with a sigh to this quote how would that sound like?

Would you like to write down the response of the person next to you, to what was just said?

Could you repeat out loud something that was said and it resonates with you.

Feel welcome to stop for a moment and listen inwardly, write down what you hear.

How would you extend/build upon a text using a tone?

PD Resonance - Embodied knowledge

Fragmented scriptogether

By Sophia Bardoutsou, Emily Huurdeman, Philippine Hoegen

-some words resonated, others just floated in space

-commentor felt comfortable not to participate. Felt they were sensing, rather than voicing.

-a person with a musical background says: I’m thinking about participation, about exclusion and inclusion. My body was participating even without moving.

-commentor felt happy to sit.

-commentator was thinking about play and performance: was I having fun or was I performing?

-which voices are excluded? Or are they just not speaking aloud?

-responding to a gift can be a perverse mechanism: doing what pleases.

-how to take epistemological knowledge from this exercise?

-how to make it possible for different/more bodies to take space?

-commentor didn’t feel that the space resonated on a physical, cellular level.

-we need more empirical knowledge because no one knows what to do anymore.

-commentor says: the game made me realise we live in many realities. How to include those who don’t have bodies?

-commenter says: it was very emotional. We were standing on each other’s shoulders.

-the pace was fast.

-resonance can also be decay.

-in the room were willing strangers, strangers willing to tune.

-the exchange shows different aspects/dimensions of and body knowledge: attunement, ….., epistemological messiness.

-the call for embodied knowledge is a diagnosis of a time of chaos.
