Introduction

Practical contribution:

Performance in the site-specific installation for variation I: "Corona" without Pianist for 4-ch mono- discrete sound installation - an invisible sense, "who is left to drift in the loneliness of the remaining scent."

I work on "dispositive" of Takemitsu "Corona" (1962) for pianist(s), to understand Takemitsu's meta-code of "Corona" for Variation II.

The Joint Artistic Research with Patrick Housen and Lukas Huisman is in "variation I".

This Artistic Research in 2020 was for metaphysic (Research of the potentiality in artistic research), in 2021, it is an art academic and academic study. (I learned the research method from the fact (person/patient, Human-being) by the medical doctors in Japan and in Germany, they are in critical theories.) I learned from the medical diagnosis and its multiple procedures, which I had to read and grasp.

In 2020 I wrote more than 50 pages, maybe I wrote an (academic) storytelling in the topics and in the metaphysics (writing-drawing) almost 100 pages. If I have the opportunity to be analyzed my storytelling in topics from the AI, the AI can find my options like keywords, research topics, research context, references, my research potential, etc. However, I don't have AI. So I needed to do it by myself, instead of the AI. This is the American way of (with AI).
I learned from the doctor's medical diagnosis, how they listen to their patients about storytelling. In doing so, I have explored the method in 2020, how to find the artistic research potentiality and to explore the research method.

Variation I in the Joint Artistic Research is for the study of visual and musical metaphysics. (Evolution)

Variation II in the Joint Artistic Research is for the study of visual and musical symbolism. (Lasting memories)

Variation III in the Joint Artistic Research is for the study of visual and musical critical theories in a collective art project. (Environment, Infrastructure)

Critical theories are required for (doctoral) artistic research, even if for the art product. Critical theories are for humans to be intellectual. So, What is the critical theories? That is in the same as the study field of medical doctors.

"Corona" (1962) for pianist(s) by Toru Takemitsu: About the multi-layered open score, I think that Takemitsu didn't write his Metaphysic, however, it is sure that the blue-print of CORONA is Mandara in 真言密教* (Shingon Mitukyo). In my understanding of this piece "Corona" (1962) for pianist(s) by Toru Takemitsu, that addresses "Fortune". How the pianist embodies, that is the Pianist's fortune. "Corona" (1962) for pianist(s) by Cage's Version was in one of his Shock! variations, Cage was very nice. I understand the working title Shock! by Cage's that is like a shout "Katsu 喝" at the Zen-Temple, towards Romanticism. Zen meditation is not a dreamed status, is with a half-opened eye for awareness.

I created CORONA without pianis(s) 4 ch discrete towards "Corona" (1962) for pianist(s). I listen in this piece "Corona" (1962) for pianist(s), how the pianist(s) fortune might...

Takemitsu didn't study Music composition at the Academy of Music (conservatory). This work was a starting point of his oeuvre.

真言密教* (Shingon Mitukyo) is a buddhismus in Japan, did not translate into Japanese. How 弘法大師 空海 (Kukai) transmitted the knowledge of life (Nature) in Japan, which was the same level of civilization in Antice Greek. Origin is Vajrayāna. If it is translated in a language, that is a type of ideology. Nobobdy can translate it in a launguage, because it is "nature". In today's study, it is in life sceince (natural sceince).

A Singon in Mandara:

  • Namaḥ samanta-buddhānāṃ, a vi ra hūṃ khaṃ[15]

Takemitsu has worked "Kontur" on Mandara and the phenomenon of Mandara, and he transformed it into a musical syntax.

towards "Corona" (1962) for pianist(s) by Toru Takemitsu

That is the task of the supervisor.

Muscle Biopsy Findings in a Case of SARS-CoV-2-Associated Muscle Injury

The relation between Mandala and Hildegard von Bingen is still subjective. My (Dr.) grand uncle-in-law was a researcher and professor in conceptual physics (He was a Buddhist) and my (Dr.) gread aunt was a researcher and professor in physical chemistry (She was a Christian, her Christian name is Hildegard. She was not in chemical physics because she was in photochemistry. I have read her doctoral thesis, that is in physical chemistry.). They were in a married relationship (a couple). I researched from their perspective of Human nature. I can see it in their collective research projects.

弘法大師 (Hobodaishi) and Hildegard von Bingen had transformed the knowledge of today's life science such as agriculture and hand-industry, cooking recipes, chor-, and klänge music (composition), cognitive linguistics, fiteness (henro (遍路): The standard walking course is approximately 1,200 kilometres (750 mi) long and can take anywhere from 30 to 60 days to complete.) and so on.

I hereby briefly explain my great-uncle and my great-aunt, as there is no academic research on Kukai/Mandara and Hildegard von Bingen in one context. They never explained to me about strange things. So, I have (found) the connection between Kukai/Mandara and Hildegard von Bingen. A child listens to two different cultures at the same level always.

In-universe, it is not romantic, probably more than Takemitsu's images.
The effects of the corona could only be measured on Earth at that time.

The era of Kukai is still the time, many humans were carnivorous animals, when famine causes hunger, then the infectious disease became epidemic. It cannot be compared with modern humans. Humans are mammals. Eating meat and fish is necessary. If you've been eating soy protein since you were a kid, your body has a reserve, but if you don't, you're malnourished. If humans don't take protein properly, the human brain will not be nourished. Concerns about an increase in Alzheimer's. Today's potentiality (such as Alzheimer's) is very higher in industrial countries. ("such as" means in the research still danger and risk to start from the 30s. In the actual case in Japan, a mother in her 70s is caring for Alzheimer's daughter in her 50s. I have already examined my brain, and I have no problems. I know about my Brain. In the medical examination in Hiroshima, there is a medical examination doc (all body) at the Atom bomb hospital/centre (which is not the commercial), it costs about 2.000 € or less, who was born and who lives in hiroshima-city, and who has specific reason can apply for this medical examination doc, that is also for Disease prevention test to change the life style individually.) For that, there is research on how to breed, cultivate, and cook. In modern times, sleeping, eating, sex and pleasure as well as fitness are not prohibited, just we have to study to know about my own body individually, that is in "Satori" awareness. Schusterman knows like me about the background of commandments. We have today life science in each culture. Particularly, in the USA, Somaesthetics is important, that is also for the world, due to the deconstruction of American idealism and economy for a new life, that is oriented on life science ecologically. Reproductive instinct, pleasure and fertilization are all necessary for human life, but in an intellectual and autonomous way. If humans studied and know about the risk and the danger of , then humans don't do it again usually. In the case of infection, after a person was infected (experience), understands the fact (SARS-CoV-2 is being in a person's environment.). So, each enviroment is different, and each needs to think and to study.

If we cannot evolve with the natural environment of the universe, life will be destroyed, the research on evolution, not revolution, is needed so that mankind will not perish.

I understand this virus, what means it for us unknown. The scientists have expressed in words as hijack in the human genome. At that moment, the scientists could not say, what is the fact of hijack in the human genome. This research is in the medicine (Neuropathology)

The main context of this artistic research: This artistic research applies only to music composition and cognitive linguistics with regards to visual arts.

Fortune (Human nature like birth and death in metaphysics.), as well as Zufall in the theories, were an important subject in their research area. Human beings are studying the natural sciences with a focus on human beings, otherwise, we don't need to research e.g. the Genetic sequence and origin of the plants or SARS-CoV-2. Accordingly, we are discussing the digital methods of the research Human nature such as to stop the spreading infection, about control in privacy and security.

Research A: Musical homogenous and heterogenous in a music composition (in a context).

Introduction
What is the Philosophy of Information?
Luciano Floridi
1. Introduction: Philosophy of AI as a Premature Paradigm of PI
Andre Gide once wrote that one does not discover new lands without consenting to lose sight of the shore for a very long time. Looking for new lands, in 1978 Aaron Sloman heralded a new AI-based paradigm in philosophy. In a book appropriately entitled The Computer Revolution in Philosophy, he conjectured
1. that within a few years, if there remain any philosophers who are not familiar with some of the main developments in artificial intelligence, it will be fair to accuse them of professional incompetence, and
2. that to teach courses in philosophy of mind, epistemology, aesthetics, philosophy of science, philosophy of language, ethics, metaphysics and other main areas of philosophy, without discussing the relevant aspects of artificial intelligence will be as irresponsible as giving a degree course in physics which includes no quantum theory. (Sloman 1978, p. 5, numbered structure added).
Sloman was not alone. Other researchers before and after him (Simon 1962; McCarthy and Hayes 1969; McCarthy 1995; Pagels 1988, who argues in favour of a complexity theory paradigm; Burkholder 1992, who speaks of a “computational turn”) correctly perceived that the practical and conceptual transformations caused by ICS (Information and Computation Sciences) and ICT (digital Information and Communication Technologies) were bringing about a macroscopic change, not only
in science, but in philosophy too.

Research objective(s): manifoldness for a new assemblage (which is not by algorithmics, and not rhizomatic.)

From Modernism (Fromalism) to Contemporary (Semi-formalims)

From Twofoldness to Multi-foldness

With regards to the artistic research "What is a musical error?"

Klänge with Steinway by Erika Matsunami

In general, the sound of the clavier is the same no matter who is playing. The difference is what you play and how you play. Because of the collaboration with Antonis Anissegos, I had the rehearsal room with Steinway, I learned the Grand piano, upright piano, organ, and cembalo, that were in my task. For the male artist, art is a job, so if you enter the same area, the male artist will never allow "less than that". He is/was in Berlin, one of a great pianist. When he was a student under Zimmerman in Music composition Meister Schuler at UdK Berlin, he had received a scholarship and a Studio flat with Steinway. However, finally, he wanted to go to the commercial way of professional, he did not want to be in art academic way for study, because of the applications and its competition for the higher arts, which is only for the top ten of composers like Stockhausen.

The research aim with Niklas Schmincke is not for the musical compostion. The musical compostion which relates to visual is my task.

In the critical theories, so-called critical idealism is mainstream in arts today, which was turned the vertical vector from underground to higher (higher education), its vector is to the earth.
Thereby a paradox is probably a revolution from Latin America for the north (European and American societies in Idealism) in the post-colonial era. In the Post-war, in western countries, many academicians went out of Idealism. I study in this context.

Monotheistic-based idealism in transcendence eliminates alienated of Heterogeneous, thereby the question is in which context? At the extreme today, is it maybe vertical in Russia (East) and horizontal in the United States (West)?

I would like to mention Benjamin's term "aura".

- It was still the silent film era.

- Literature still had "magical power" for the new knowledge.

- "Figure" through photography, refelextion of the object.

- A new epistemological and phenomenological re-cognition.

In my opinion, a digital citizen as well as a digital society is too earlier for us humans generally. Nobody in a society can say (argue) democratically, because only a very few people can understand in our society, also it is impossible to teach physics for the old generations. Only through the demonstration, we humans can argue....

So, we explore thereby a new musical mode to grasp it in sense (cognitive, in cognitive linguisitics.) for a new assemblage.

In my artistic research, research questions are;

- On Authenticity of Kunstwerk, which relates to the subject of "creativity".

Which refers to artistic research From threefoldness to multi-foldness: On Personal AI (Non-Human's eye/brain of digital camera) in visual arts and its perception in an artwork – What is artistic authenticity with AI (technology and which kind of (Wort fehlt/word missing) and how) in arts? In this project I explore practically and theoretically, in particular rethinking philosophical reflection on “A thousand plateaus” (originally published as Mille Plateaux, volume 2 of Capitalisme et Schizophrenic © 1980 by Les Editions de Minuit, Paris) by Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari. I've been dealing with this book in my project since 2000. Therefore I agree with the approach "Kunst kommt aus dem Schnabel, wie er gewachsen ist" (the title of an art catalog with 11 disabled artists) by Mosaik e.V. in Berlin, 2011. This artistic research addresses the issue of technology and humanities in arts. (Theorie und Praxis im künstlerischen Schaffensprozess)

Hereby his doctoral thesis from the critical aspect was,

"Das Kunstwerk im Zeitalter seiner technischen Reproduzierbarkeit.", which thesis applies today's also. Today's is "Die künstlerische Identität im Zeitalter seiner technischen Reproduzierbarkeit.".

There are no Commandments, but rather we are studying Human nature, we can see, for example, Somaesthetics in Study of Aesthetics. (Well-being)

Ontology is the inquiry into what "is", what exists. Metaphysics is the study of what "is" outside of the physical world - Ideas (in the Platonic sense), Forms (in the Aristotelian sense)

Derived from the Greek meta ta physika ("after the things of nature"); referring to an idea, doctrine, or posited reality outside of human sense perception. In modern philosophical terminology, metaphysics refers to the studies of what cannot be reached through objective studies of material reality.

My research context is "Klänge" (sound organisation) in music and visual arts.

The first step for the joint artistic research is already. In doing so, I needed to explore the research context, and its objectives) art academically and academically at the doctoral artistic level (in a performance, contemporary music composition, visual composition, and so on. ).

Parctical exploring

Representation and Epistemological problem: "This is a pipe." applies, when I have a pipe in my hand. In the sentences, it is up to the relation of things (object) in the context.

The cognitive mistake is thereby the understanding of the image as symbolic evidence, such as historical events.

Magritte's "This is not a pipe.", I cannot see it, "subject" is transparent on a depicted canvas. I see Magritte's image (object), "That is a painting by Magritte.", which is a depiction of a pipe on a canvas.

It is the same level of discussion about Concrete Music by Pierre Schaeffer in musicology, such as "This is a music, or not music.", it is the same discussion of the composition by Cage, his composition 4'41" and others.

For example, "This is a beauty.", we cannot see it. Who express "This is a beauty.", in this case, "beauty" is in her/his mind. In contemporary aesthetics, it is a study of the aesthetic mind.

What I looked at/listened to the artistic research in the conferences in 2020, most of the artistic researches were in the aesthetic mind, were not explored philosophically.

I need to ask an expert, but I don't think I'm wrong in the direction. It is also in line with the thesis of Benjamin and other philosophers. This study has been starting sicne more than 200 years ago, in the 19th century. The critical theories of 100 years ago apply also today. Without critical theories, we cannot improve our society, and also we cannot use the knowledge in everyday life. The most complicated and difficult thing is the task of democratically embodying that knowledge in "human society.", who studied after Benjamin, such as Barthes, and others (as well as Chomsky).

So, Benjamin's doctoral thesis was important, another political solution was the holocaust by the German Nazis and others such as Japanese Fascism, Italian Fascism, Spanish Fascism, as well as Russian, Turkey Imperials, (The Japanese Imperial ideology was an "import" from China after the Edo-period (the Tokugawa period between 1603 and 1868). There was no the Imperial politics in Japan, that was the Samurai-politics, not by the Emperor in Japan. Till the Meiji era (October 23, 1868 to July 30, 1912), in Japan, there was no Emperor. The politicians in the Meiji era  have imported the Chinese ideology of "Emperor" to the Japanese Meiji Constitution from China in Japan. Due to "Imperial" Modernism in Europe, it was the study of European Constitution at that time. Even today, many countires around wolrd is stull this status of the constitution in European modernism, because of the study of European Constitution in European "Imperial" Modernism.) and many others that has applied to all Heterogeneous cultures in the world at that time.

Magritte's "La Trahison des Images" ("The Treachery of Images") (1928-9) or "Ceci n'est pas une pipe" ("This is not a pipe")

I am studying Philosophy of AI as the Premature Paradigm of PI.

It requires to grasp the quantum theory in this study, as well as the relativity theory. Due to a kind of the expression (Darstellung) of Time, Space, and Body, that might be our "being" in the near future.

I need to write in German and in English (also in Japanese) separately. I am in the process of reconciling.

Hereby the task 1 is the question for the sonic phenomenon.

I will start with the research problem and paradox as well as for the reflection.

After then, I will go to the next step to improve it.

The aesthetic judgment of reproduction and/or representation of Takemitsu artwork (composition) is in terms of Takemitsu's and art philosophy. Currently, its procedure is by the American academy, where Takemitsu had received his doctoral title. My sound composition "Corona without pianist(s)" is out of that category, and still something in the context of Cage's research.

Art history comprises art criticism, but not for aesthetic judgment. Hence, most of their research positions in contemporary art are currently postcolonial and anthropological, as well as the philosophy of art. Now in the study of aesthetics, it is a position of after the end of art in terms of metaphysics (always, and repeatedly, it is questioned what is art?/The question is always what art is, a study in human nature (is in terms of philosophy (phenomenology, epistemology, and so on) and ethics), so it relates to life science and others today.). Art criticism is not an aesthetic judgment.

These are in the guidelines of art.

In the case of Japanese aesthetics, it is comprised of life science, image science, neuro-aesthetics, or Japanese literature today. In Asia generally, there is no specific Asian philosophy, a similar type of philosophy as Asian philosophy is rather ideological, or logical, the example for Japanese logic in Japan is Dogen's, and Zeami's metaphysics, so very few can grasp Dogen's, and Zeami's metaphysics. Zeami's metaphysics, I studied practically, as well as theoretically, that is the study of the Traditional Japanese Dance-Theater Hanayagi-Ryu. Today, they have a big problem with the teaching methodology, because of teaching with CD, without musicians. (puncture and all are at same time problems, without enactiving (not an enacting, but rather it relates to enactivism.) In this context of the problem, the German Lautsprecher Musik had solved this research problem and explored as a music compostion through Schiller's and others towards Kant's. so, I am siting on the way, I studied under the professors in Germany, were in the context of study correctly.

->Who sees this painting of "This is not a pipe.", most people think by "This is an error." interpretation today, but this depiction is not the level of "good or bad" depiction on a canvas. If we cannot grasp it, we cannot understand the philosophy of information which is in terms of semiotics and (a new) paradigm. In the digital age, why things are without context and are turned? In the many cases of online, "subject" is transparent like this painting by Magritte.

So, today's Study of Aesthetics is "for", not "of".

Art historians write on a depiction such as Magritte's at the level of "appreciation" in the (art, philosophical and/or social) historical context.

My artistic research is already in (life) science and literature (Art and Humanity) in the 21st century. I have been renewed my knowledge, however, it is the same as in Magritte's, and always for us. Virtual reality was started before Magritte's generation.

"This" perspective is rather in a subjective position by the first person. In German, it is in-between this and that, not so clear like in English. (This subject is still my personal interest between German, English and Japanese, however, it is ongoing.)

The scariest thing in art, that is Romanticism.

What is Romanticism in Arts?

So, fairy tale is scary.

Cognitive linguistics

Please listen to the sounds left and right, and left and right both same time.

This method is a mathematical expression. General is a calculational method. Huisman's beauty to play Takemitsu's piano work is mathematical but rather a calculational method (attempting of a perfectional beauty, proportional beauty.). In natural science, we need to study rather a mathematical expression. For future art education, we would like to explore rather a mathematical expression. Mathematics is research, on what we cannot calculate. An aim in Joint Artistic Research is on a new musical mode. Thus I explore the research method of Joint Artistic Research, in this context, I expressed "When a pianist would naked at MoMA," (on Human nature and fortune) in the critical theories. However, this is rather in European's subject, not in the American contemporary classical music and art. (e.g. it refers to Wittgenstein and many others.)

This mathematical expression in the sounds by toy piano that is a practical exploring in the critical theories towards robotic interactive art education, which I dealt with the information theory and cognition in a very short review Myths of everyday life. My question for this review the information theory and cognition is on human's complexed cognition, such as in left and right of, even in a case of by a baby, in the aspect of objectivity and subjectivity.

Minimalism might be explored only in Metaphysics,  minimalism cannot explore in and by Humans behavior, which is impossible (e.g. in robotic military education in France.), so, we Humans must stop the wars around the world, due to  the escalation of the conflicts, at this rate, humankind will destroy in near future. Thus, let's listen to as much human language as possible about things by different nations in Metaphysics. (For this aspect in my artistic research, I have as a reference, whom by an Iranian researcher in doctoral Physics (Harvard University), in Iran.)

The minimalist program by Noam Chomsky was/is explored in Metaphysics (on Human nature and being) and is/was expressed in linguistics.

John Cage -> Christian Wolff

Takemitsu's subjective landscape is not the same as "Innere Welt" in German.

Takemitsu's subjectivity in cogntive linguistics (Takemitsu's subjective landscape.)

How and which way the human collectives will be going on earth in the 21st century?

I think that in the future in Europe, if the governments in the former Eastern European countires are on the right wing, which is similar to Germany's right wing, thus the Russia executes for the organizing of the east block through the militarily directly, then Germany will might become the east block. One of reasons is the condition of Germany's surrender to Russia. If Germany's right wing would come to power, it would might move in that direction. The anti-Semitic movement by the German right-wing is a sign. If Germany would might go this direction, then most of the former Eastern European countries will. German right wing could grow even in Berlin as a result of personnel changes under this corona pandemic situation.

I think both Japan and Germany should taught properly about defeat, absolute surrender, war trials and post-war processing at school.

In the case of Japan, as long as the existence of the emperor/Kaiser (At the time of unconditional surrender, a person who could identify the territory of Japan to the Soviet Union. It was described as the symbol of Japan, who has no political power.), unconditional surrender with America applies. If it threatens the existence of the emperor/Kaiser and causes a revolution to communism, it will first be sinked by the Japanese Self-Defense Forces, and if it becomes a further rebellion, it will be sinked by the US military that is based in Japan. Therefore, the constitution cannot be changed. That is the same subject since Korean war beteen Japan and South Korea about the west-east border. There was the Vietnam War, and the United States was defeated and withdrew due to the surrogate war. The US and French hydrogen bomb tests and the Soviet and Chinese atomic bomb tests follow.

The atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki showed the Soviet Union a permanent postwar relationship between the United States and Japan. I think the Korean war was an extension of that.

In Germany as well, the constitution cannot be changed. I think unconditional surrender is valid as long as active an anti-Semitic right wing in Germany. Maybe, does its valid of the unconditional surrender apply especially for Russia? It would seem maybe like in Ukraine, that was in the former GDR (DDR), however, the Russian position itself anti-Semitism. The Paradox in Germany and the strategy of Russia, how the German gorverment might possible to solve. It's been a discussion over the past 6 years.

Both Germany and Japan lost their country through "unconditional surrender", and the postwar history began from there.

In the construction of the new East Block, it is highly likely that US military bases near Hiroshima and Nagasaki will be possible NATO's bases in Japan. Therefore, the Government of Japan has not yet agreed to abandon the atomic bomb worldwide. Japan has a nuclear accident in Fukushima, and there are many nuclear power plants, so that will might be the case.

The situation was clear when South Korea rejected to resolve the comfort women issue.

The position of North Korea is clear against the USA, and develop the nuclear weapons.

I think one of the major issues leading up to that point is the "viewpoint" from space satellites in the digital age and about its monitoring. As a type (strategy) of war, a cyberwar has occurred in the digital age. I'm still not sure what that is.

In modern school education, I think that it is better to teach also after the rejection of Russia in the G7 and about the Digital age.

Isn't it like that under the new West-East brocks until the 22nd century?

After the 22nd century, not Israel, but rather Japan and Germany might be possible to disappear from the geography. Stop to think about erasing or deleting a country, a nation or a folk in the geography.

There is no fact that "businessmen" are the vices of capitalism or "Islam" is a terrorist. There is no fact that it was due to "Japanese" or due to "German". Semiotics and a new symbolism in the Digital age, thereby, could you outline "What is "fact?"?".

I think it may be that there is something that is absolutely impossible to fuse in the east and west, "positive becomes negative, negative becomes positive." or "fusion" is impossible systematically? So, we need maybe a new inspiration for a new, to think wisely.

Apple flies into the floor.

When I was still a kid, a scientist's grand uncle-in-law talked about the death of Rai, who was my grandma's mother being "shadow" in Hiroshima by the atomic bombing.

My understanding was, "It's a phenomenon that an object melts and evaporates, but what happened there is a warp due to the distortion of time and space by a huge amount of power. That's what's happening in space. Is Lai's soul still here?", That was my question for him. I said to him, "Maybe she doesn't know when she died.". He said to me, "I don't even know it.". I studied relative theories by Einstein already. I was still in a public elementary school. (In my generation, there was an IQ test in Kindergarten, also in the public elementary school, I had more than 110 IQ, and in this group (more than 110 IQ, as a child between 110 and 120 IQ is higher IQ.), but in an integrated class with a different economic situation and disability (lower IQ), because we must care for others in society (for social responsibility). We had a discussion democratically (about the second world war, Japanese Imperialism, atom-bomb, peace, and so on. I had also received an award at an essay contest. The parents have listened to the speeches of their children. My subject was "Never go to war.", we had to think about the subject of peace, it was a deconstruction of Japanese imperialism (Emperor as the God). Before there was Kaiser, but Japan did not have imperialism, like in Europe, China, and the Arab area, because of the Shogun (Samurai)), how we could study advanced together (help others, teach each other. I was once a member of the leader in a class. There was the vote, so I ran for election (the Third grade of elementary school.). There was no racism, but rather we had many ideas autonomically.). Regardless of IQ level and disability, some people have no disability and some have low IQ. As I kid at the public elementary school, we learned that the IQ does not depend on the disability (Cognitive neuroscience), even if a person has a hearing and/or a visual impairment, he/she might have a high IQ. I learned that the possibility of human existence is profound. At that time, there were many children in my class at the elementary school who were thinking about the future when they would like to become medical doctors "to save lives.". "When I grow up, I want to become a medical doctor and save lives", which was a future plan by many children in my class. It was a time when so many people were still dying from an unexplained atomic bomb disease.)

Scientists know what a twisted space-time on Earth. The effect of radioactivity on DNA is also due to it. My project B.O.D.Y. (2010) is based on the story (non-fiction) about Rai - being a shadow as a starting point of this project. (I am writing in metaphysics, which was aimed such as by the nonsense literature. Who "apple flies to"think that the problems (conflicts) between Japan, North Korea, and China are the war responsibility of the Japanese imperialism and the emperor system. It might be possible to find solutions to reconcile, however, the real conflicts are deeper (not romantic, not democratic, rather militaristic) than they think. After the corona pandemic, I understand, that who "apple flies to" say "COVID-19 ist Lüge./COVID-19 is a lie.", till they will be infected or will be dead through the infection. I think there are many children who have lost their parents around the world due to the COVID-19 pandemic.)

It is a big problem that most politicians around the world are still transcendental "Apple files to." and unscientific modernist.

My understanding of the international conflicts, that the anti-semitism is a big conflict still today. Israel must keep their country in the Arab area, there is no other solution. The isolation of Israel in the Arab area. Since Osmanisches Reich/Ottoman Empire, Turkey is anti-Semitism. Israel backed by West countries turns its fangs to Palestine, which is backed by the anti-Semitic East countries, and North Korea and China turn their fangs to Japan and the USA, that is the reality after 2013.

It is possible to exist a heterogeneous culture and language, like Basque, Catalonia, such as a country Finland in Europe, and many other cultures around the world.

I oppose nuclear weapons research, nuclear weapons manufacturing, nuclear weapons use, and possession of nuclear weapons.

The Trump administration's emergency declaration like in the USA by the AI-managed society, I think that it's a suicide bombing of humankind. In fact, their "home country" is collapsing, also that is for humankind on earth. I don't think an exaggeration to say that he US President Biden may be able to stop human suicide bombing (the world nuclear war III) on earth.

Apple falls into the floor.

In variation I, we/I started to explore from postmodernism in the 20th century, in variation II, the artistic research is from the aspect of the 21st century, its project is a.o.i. - lasting memories. In variation III, we/I will deal with the near future (en)vision.

Artistic research "What is a musical error?":

This artistic research „What is a musical error?" is an exploring musical error and its potential creativity in performance as well as improvisation. This research is in connection with „N.N-ZWISCHENLIEGEND“ – NON-CALCULABLE TIME, SPACE AND BODY, consequently on auditory perception 'seeing-in', in a part of research in regard to these of evolutionary linguistics. Therefore I explore the multisensory philosophical approach Beyond Vision, Casey O’Callaghan (Oxford: Oxford University Press, 2017) from the aspect of auditory perception practically and theoretically, in the field of sonic art, aesthetics, and philosophy (of art) which relate to cognitive neuroscience. I explore the subject “auditory and multisensory perception” in his approach of which takes the forms of perception and awareness among senses beyond vision in his theses, I also deal with his theses in the process of exploring an account of ästhetisches Dasein. (Translation, Transcription and Coding in the contemporary music.)

Objectivity and Subjectivity from the perspective of cognitive neuroscience

After the paradigm shift (as well as after the COVID-19 pandemic without the reconciliation), our life does not change that is in Fortune (Human nature like birth and death in metaphysics.) We live through the reconciliation between "knowledge" and the living environment (Human-being). "a reconciliation between reality and men, between description and explanation, between object and knowledge. (Barthes, 1957/1972)1 ", for example, a reconciliation of between status, law and science in Human-Being (includes culture (arts, religious, and so on), economy, education, and so on by Human activities).

(Still life/Stillleben in depiction, that is not photorealism or not still image of photography.)

If "Apple falls to the floor.",  "to" shows the direction. In this case, Apple falls "into" time and space, thereby the floor is an object.

In the extreme case on earth, space and time are distorted by huge forces. e.g. Nuclear power. I think it can always happen in outer space. Nature is not evenly.

Photorealism is not the real, that is a cutout of space, the attention of the author, or a symbolized object.

Surrealism was a urtra real in this aspect towards transcendence (Apple files to.).

In Germany, there is no practice-led Ph.D. arts degree, because art is for everyone (in Germany, there is no the Royal Art Academy.). the practice-led Ph.D. arts degree is for the artistic researcher that aims for research and education. That does not mean who has a practice-led Ph.D. arts degree that his/her work of art is expensive. Therefore, academic research and judgment of aestheticians are needed. Many Ph.D. artists want to work in Germany, because they think that it is maybe better to pay for their work of art in Germany, but in Germany, there is the academic research and judgment of aestheticians by the Academy for the Art Academy (a social democratic countiry without the Royal.), which Ph.D. artists cannot reach with their research academically, that is dissatisfied of Ph.D. artists in the EU countries, but for them in Germany, there is DAAD scholarship for visual artist, choreographer, composer, film maker and author (the independent artist). The German academy is holizontal higher (doctoral is for max. 10 years long, and there is no practice-led Ph.D. arts degree generally), that is the same as in the USA, as well as in the UK (I think that in the UK, it is vertical higher (There is practice-led Ph.D. arts degree, which is not the highest academic degree.) because of the Catholic (Heiligen/Saints, are philosophers) Royal Academy. Art  as culture is for everyone economically, however, the British aesthetic judgment by the academy for the Royal Art Academy is also hard like in Germany.).

Paradigm shift in my artistic research

for new philosophical terms that are based on cognitive neuroscience, epistemology, and so on.

in life science, DNA research.

-> As a child, I started to learn what nature is, what happens in space and what can happen. As a result, the phrase "look at that beautiful starry sky ..." is as scary as "look at the beauty of the virus". This kind of feeling of mine is commonly referred to as a "nihilist", but that feeling comes from the truth.

-> The issue of comfort women (Forced entrainment and rape by the Imperial Japanese Army) in Japan and South Korea is that the Korean government in 2019 removed the "comfort women fund" established in South Korea with a fund of 1 billion yen by the Japanese government. Since the current decision of the Korean Legal Affairs Bureau will be deliberated under international law, it will take more than 10 years to mediate. Korean law is not the whole world. There is a postwar Japan-Korea agreement, therefore, the mediation is from both sides. If not, South Korea's stance might be "to attack in Japan through military.", South Korea's stance is so agressive together with North Korea. I think South Korea will cut off diplomatic relations with Japan and South Korea will unify with North Korea. Meanwhile, the international situation in the east and west, the unification of South Korea and North Korea, and the economic institutions of China, North Korea and South Korea, also together with the eastern countries of Europe, and the economic institutions of the west will be what will happen in Asia, at this point, I have no idea.

In South Korea, the existence of the comfort women was recognized as fact in the comfort women issue. In doing so, I think that South Korea will sue Japan in an international trial. In the past examples of the comfort women issue, with the support of citizen groups, the "parties" of the comfort women were invited to a civil trial in Japan as a plaintiff. If it is a trial by an agent "bereaved family" as a post-war process like this time in South Korea, it may be the world's first "case".

The problem between Japan and South Korea is the economic growth of Japan after the Korean War, and there was the relationship in which Korean immigrants in Japan, they suppored the economy by sending money to South Korea and North Korea. About this complexed issue, Japanese people need to discuss over the years. Even in the case of the robbery of Buddha statues on the Korean side, Japanese people need to hear about the situation on the Korean side. Discussion is more than just asserting each other's position, we Japanese people need to listen Korean side on the court. Then, the problem will be solved by considering the settlement plan and establishing the settlement on the court, that takes a long time. I think that it takes time for the next 10–20 years long. Otherwise, I feel that neither Korea nor Japan has no respectable future regarding the Japan-Korea issue. Through that process, we become smarter and learn to coexist from each other's perspective with other countries. In doing so, we will be able to learn what democratic politics is, rather than choosing politicians based on "profit and loss feelings.", or on their ideology.

Furthermore, the massacre of Turkey in Armenia, the Palestinian and Israeli conflict, and various international issues such as Sexual violence against women during the civil war in former Yugoslavia and conflicts will be arbitrated in international courts. It may be a new development that is not caused by armed conflict. There is a huge amount of papers on rape, sexual assault and abuse around the world. The first thing men through the military intervention did in the aggression, that was robbery, assault on women, and murder. The military aggression at the time was by land, albeit via waterways. Regarding the comfort women issue, industrial prostitution and military aggression strategies are completely different themes. Throughout history, I think that we need to consider what "male" sexual activity meant/meaned socially to men. What was the existence of the "female" sexuality in it? As we can see  such as in Shunga in Japan, why did political and military strategies dominate "privately"? The Imperial Japanese Army could not murder unless the male dignity and intelligence were lowered to the level of animal impulse, it was bogged down. The Navy of the Imperial Japanese Army was an elite, so the strategy was "It's better to crush and die.", that was the Zero Battle. They didn't believe that their Majesty the Emperor was "God." That opposite of the military strategy was  by the German Nazi regime through rationalism and German idealism, that thoroughly and entirely killed heresy (ethnic persecution).

War is the damaging of human dignity and intellect.

Therefore, we have been studying ethics and human-rights.

Humans need to be aware that they/we are animals (primates), not machine, and we need to learn about ther/our deep psychology, cognition, and meta-cognition objectivity and subjectivity. That is the act of "writing" by human as well as envision, includes in visual arts and music. Thereby fantasy and imagination are different. So, we research on fiction even today practically and theoretically.

It might be a start of a new international development, after post-constructivism and post-colonialism.

Either way, it will be verified internationally in the future after NATO's withdrawal in Afghanistan.

Japan has unconditionally surrendered to the United States and cannot change Article 9 of the Constitution without permission. Perhaps by changing it, it will be merged into the United States, if it is, but I think it is after the organization of the military level of "independence.". After the merger, the current Kaiser system will remain as it is for the time being, and will be like Canada, but what different from the Canadian system is, it will be the private foundation. I think that will happen because the Japanese government does not oppose or cannot oppose possession of the atomic bomb.

With Russia's withdrawal from the G7, the east-west rift was exacerbated.

What scares the younger generation is that they don't know what the "law" is.

Who is more than 140 IQ level (Researchers at the level of the Max Planck institute), that is estimated to be about 6-10%/3-5% in society? (a criterion)

The population in Germany: 83,02 Millionen (2019), about 6-10% in the population is between 498,120 and 830,200. The proportion is basically the same as in the days of Kant and Hegel. What has changed is the equality and potential of education

and the possibility of Improving "my" life and freedom of choice. Maybe for this, AI can help us to find the potentiality and the solving of the problem of how to decide. AI itself doesn't command or control. Who do it that is human? Democratic discussion is the legal matter of how to incorporate AI into society.

Another difficult subject in Asia economically, politically, and historically, Hong Kong, and the unification between North Korea and South Korea. How to democratically integrate Hong Kong into China and how to unify North Korea and South Korea will be major issues.

-> By Which archive about this subject in Hiroshima, I can refer to, that is by the Yale University in the USA. Today, Survivors can talk only about their subjective symbolism in Hiroshima, but it is authentic from their experience.

My primary school in the center of Hiroshima city was a model school. It was a time when shadows remained in the school building and in the city.

-> We can reach our destination faster and get the communicate quickly, but after all, I don't think humans have made as much human progress compared to 100 years ago.

-> South Korea on the west has become a harsh position between the east (North Korea, Russia, China) and the west (Japan, United States). So South Korea turned its position for their reason of peace of the Unification with North Korea, it was faced in Japan, a country that abandoned the war. Today, in the west, Japan, which has abandoned the war, is in a harsh position in the middle, thus, we (Japanese and those who have the permission of residence in Japan) must think about this world conflict profoundly.

Rejecting the unification to the west is Russia's withdrawal from the G7. (Ukraine)

In 2016, when the former president Obama of the United States visited the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, accordingly, Japan was approved as the world's first A-bombed country, since then, as the national and international politic, the "joint military" policy is progressing. We are refereeing government policy and "Article 9 of the Constitution abandoning the war." In this situation, what we can do now is to sit in silence and oppose nuclear weapons.

The German Kanzlerin Merkel keeps the German Verfassung/Constitution consistently.

Post-war processing laws have not changed. If the Japanese people are pushed by US President Obama and Trump at the mercy of the Japanese government, they will be subject to the same "post-war processing" sanctions in the future. China will do that. We cannot distort what the Japanese government has to teach children in Japan.

The unification of the west and the east is impossible on a global basis. It will be a vertical construction with the G7 at the top. e.g. the NATO, International relationship and Sanction, and so on.

As you can see from the contradictions in European countries (the EU) due to the unification of Germany, this is very complex and largely impossible on a global basis. Even now, thirty years later, Germany is still struggling to unify, and still in progress.

-> The aim of this educational model was, e.g. To revive life from the unconditional surrender of Japan to the United States and the misery of the atomic bomb for the new soceity in post-war.

This artistic research aims for aesthetic education (ästhetische Erziehung) that I studied at UdK Berlin/Fine arts, liberal arts/Institute for art in context/Kunst im Kontext in critical theories such as Benjamin's and many others, which was based on Schiller's such as "Aesthetics education of Man" by Schiller.

On the Nonindependent Parts of Time-Consciousness: Husserl’s Early Phenomenological Investigations and the Perception of Melody

Music Theory Spectrum, mtaa022, https://doi.org/10.1093/mts/mtaa022

Abstract

Drawing upon Edmund Husserl’s Logical Investigations, I apply the laws of mereology—the study of parts and wholes—to the analysis of time-consciousness in his On the Phenomenology of the Consciousness of Internal Time (18931917), arguing that Husserl’s phenomenological solution to problems raised by empirical psychology in the late nineteenth century concerning the relation between subject and object was inspired by a rethinking of the notion of intentionality in terms of an extensional whole. Turning, then, to descriptions from Husserl’s careful analyses of tone and melody in On the Phenomenology of the Consciousness of Internal Time (18931917), I claim that melody’s structure of expression pertains specifically to retention (which I distinguish from recollection) as a nonindependent part of a flowing whole. This mereologic reformulation helps us think through the problem of how a melody is perceived in time. Furthermore, I show how, according to Husserl, there is a unity of the sensation of “tone” and the “flow of consciousness,” and I argue that by understanding this unity as a whole of nonindependent parts, we grasp a significant insight that illuminates phenomenology’s overall aim of considering the evidence of empirical science together with the formal laws of logic.

The background of the paradox in the artistic research N.N-Ziwschenliegend: We humans have broader maximum and minimum awareness, which in turn increases speed and shortens our sense of time, also due to through internet communication.

For example, what has developed the Urban development project in  15 to 20 years is to be developed in a few years, as well as in Africa.

In fact, how much we can eat and digest in a day, how long we can walk, and the limits of how many hours we can study and work in a day at all stay the same.

Schiller’s Aesthetic Freedom and the Challenges of aesthetic Education

Maftei Ştefan-Sebastian* Babeş-Bolyai University, Str. M.Kogălniceanu 1, Cluj-Napoca, 400084, Romania

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is threefold. First, to analyze Schiller’s notion of aesthetic “freedom” throughout his aesthetic dissertations, a notion which is closely related to his famous theory about the “aesthetic state” as the ultimate form for the aesthetic education, a theory sketched out at the end of his 1794 Aesthetic Letters(or his Letters on the Aesthetical Education of Man). Second, to address Schiller’s critical reception of Enlightenment’s views on beauty, particularly Kant’s, who is Schiller’s main source of inspiration and criticism in aesthetics, emphasizing the relation of his own theory of beauty to aesthetic education. Third, to discuss the challenges that Schiller’s theory brings to the idea of “aesthetic education” in the aesthetic theories of the Enlightenment. Again, our main source for criticism will be Kant.

-> Ukraine hofft auf Biden

We need "artists" in the world without words from others, who can write 200-300 pages with their own words by themself. It means that for example in Music, the level of Cage, Wolff, and many others. We artists now must study, just study as much as possible, that is the creativity and authenticity in arts.

About a review on a work of art:

On Appreciation, which is different from the aesthetic mind.

Critical theory based on the aesthetic experience of appreciation and human intelligence.

My challenge is thereby, how I can grasp "appreciation" and the "aesthetic mind" in the aspect of cognitive psychology, cognitive neuroscience and life science in which terms of aesthetics, which is not only in the traditional artistic guidline. Research is still in an investigational state.

I think that "research" cannot be accomplished even if it takes a lifetime, that is research (study).

A Neuroscience of Pleasure1

In a sense, pleasure can be thought of as evolution’s boldesttrick, serving to motivate an individual to pursue rewardsnecessary for fitness, yet in modern environments of abun-dance, also inducing maladaptive pursuits such as addictions. An important starting point for understanding the underlying cir-cuitry is to recognize that reward involves a composite ofseveral psychological components: liking (core reactions tohedonic impact), wanting (motivation process of incentivesalience), and learning (Pavlovian or instrumental associationsand cognitive representations) (Berridge and Robinson, 2003).

->In other words, the current Israeli-Palestinian conflict, if we see it widely view, that is like a "south-north" conflict in the world, for example in Europe or America. It's very complicated, with overlapping historical, social and economic issues.

-> In the process of human growth, the skinship of "love" in early childhood is a very important communication. But please don't misunderstand that skinship and lust.

->There is an archive in the Netherlands on the comfort women (forcibly taken along and rape by the Imperial Japanese Army) during World War II.

In fact, even today, human rights issues in Asia, such as trafficking and detention, as well at the government level, are the worst. This social issue in Asia must be solved from now on.

Japanese media and critics have misunderstood, who argue that "have prostituted" women are bad because prostitution is legally banned in Japan after the war. But in reality, the truth is that the Imperial Japanese Army have forcibly taken and raped Korean women.

I don't argue for the artistic method of Huisman and House in Belgium anything, my interest in this collaboration is just to explore something new (a new art in which relates to the new music in post-war and in the 21st century.). For this, I needed to explore my artistic research method in 2020 academically. That is the same as the Bauhaus such as Klee, it is necessary to explore artistic pedagogically.

Of course, the Belgian Royal Conservatorium has educated Ph.D. pianist Huisman as well as Housen as a composer perfectly, which is in the guideline of the Belgian Royal Arts. However, Art itself is not "being" in the norm. I grasped the guideline of the Belgian Royal Arts, its philosophical (musical ethics) aspect "What it is for" practically.

A new artistic sense based on the laws of nature, that is for us as an artistic interference that goes beyond appreciation of art, and it might be to be a joy.

This sentence refers to the research questions of my Ph.D. in Arts (a proposal, 2019) in the aspect of the critical theories.

We are doing to exchange the ideas of for our "well-being" through arts, that aims for sharing and caring (such as performance, music composition, and more).

The procedure of the sophistication, but carefully, because of in which does not aim for the robotic science. I can listen the musical ethics such as on liberality* (Belgian Saints's, Belgian musical symbolism that is the subjective symoblism in arts, which is not in idealism. also it is not for Belgian Saints's. It might be possible in a position of the critical theories.) to an arrangement of a composition by Takemitsu by Housen (His BA in music compostion a work for a Music student in MA music performance examination). Probably a mistake in the American contemorary arts, which is in their current symbolism with respect to idealism, I think that is academic researches and discussions (the aesthetic judgment) in the American academy.

I have understood the quality of Toru Takemitsu's work and his lifelong research. However the Modernist Asian artists were "unnatural", so, I don't like their works of art very much because they sticked to Western idealism. From this reason, generally I am not interested in Asian Modern Art, maybe Modern Art in all over the world.

Cage was as human, he was a natural person.

Quite unlike any other study on the art of modern and contemporary South Asia, A Fragile Inheritance is a deeply informative work that stresses the intellectual and political stakes of modern art practice and its discourse in India and the Global South. The book’s sole focus is on the life and work of a New Delhi-based couple, the renowned writer, critic, and curator Geeta Kapur, and the major artist Vivan Sundaram. Sundaram and Kapur were both born in 1943 and have been married to each other since 1985. Continuously active for over five decades now, both are formidable intellectual and artistic figures in India who have also maintained an important presence internationally. Sundaram has shown in numerous...

I don't think the royal arts are the highest works of art, my interest in their musical ethics, which refers to "liberality" that relates to Plato's and Dogen's and many others in Autonomie der Kunst. Because of the ideas of Saints (Scientists).

Step.1 and Reproduce in Step 2. are almost practically. After these steps, I need to start to write.

Artists in German idealism, at first, write a concept, after then, for the concept, they will create the work of art.
My artistic method is phenomenological from the critical aspect. So, my concept would comprise phenomenological probability.

This artistic research "variations" has three steps.

Step. 1, on Klänge - Space, Time and Body

Step. 2, Multi-layered open score

Step. 3,

<- My position as a starting point in Aesthetics, in Germany. "subjectivity and objectivity" in my artistic research, so far my aspect in this subject is in Schiller's, "Gegenüberstellung" of Kant's philosophically.

In Germany, most Art Historians are in Kant's, even in art pedagogy historically.

*which ethics is important for the capacity of human such as to study the topic "tolerance" in ethics.

In my opinion, that is one of the subjects in the study of the aesthetic mind, in aesthetics.

Housen, his (musical) Belgian ethics is the truth from his mother and father, that is not only as of the Belgian musical modes. He does not look elegant, however, his musical ethics is true in Belgian. (Dutch-aesthetic was also in Japan historically.)

I think that his interest in the collaboration for performance is on this stage that he wants to be creative in his nature. What and how I did in the project "still/silent". In doing so, I understand the critic by the Belgian Royal Art Academy for today's music improvisation. In my opinion, it is maybe in current symbolism with respect to idealism.

I think in which countries the music improvisation as a work of art at the same level of the music composition was acknowledged by the (Art) Academy is in the USA, Germany, France and maybe in Canada, Denmark, were by the composers in their works. This aesthetic judgment is always the same in photography, even if the photography is applicable to the same stage of appreciation as the painting.

B.O.D.Y. - 月を慕ふ Tsuki o shita(f)u:

In this project, I dealt with 幽玄(Yugen) by 世阿弥 (Zami) metaphysically. For this project, I need to write in metaphysics probably more than 100 pages in the biological critical theories aspect, maybe, in the topic of (anti-) aging in an environment metaphysically. Being old is an existence in the environment (Whole space, which is the universe.).

Before Zeami was Dogen, before that was Kukai (Mandara) and others in Metaphysics in Japan. Cage has researched correctly. I have been exploring  "Love and Communication" in Dogen that relates to Plato's in both from the perspective of the critical thoeries (Since I was 20 years old.). I am an artistic researcher in critical theories, in the field of aesthetics.

Therefore, I can create a miniature for this work, also in critical aspect, I can expolre it. I explored it from the perspective of neuroscinece and biology till 2019. So, I reach in this artistic research ontologically. I'm doing my best to prepare, so I want to go through to the end.

-> Autonomy of art / Autonomie der Künste

On subjective symbolism and german ethics in everyday life (through their experience from their mother and father in their society).

- an extract of the sound work

In Dogen's ethics, communication through authentic love (geistig, which is not a great idea or an ideology) is human intelligence. Accordingly, the O-tons (in storytelling) are necessary for that "in this sound work". For that, I wrote and I have to write in ethics.

Communication with AI is used for analysis in order to find my own possibilities or their potentiality. For example, to look for a flight ticket from the airline. I can find the options and capabilities of my plan. AI is tolerant, it must be tolerant in the rule (in the law). But this tolerance of AI does not mean to allow to do criminal.

Hanns Eisler, Brecht, Brecht had a good friendship with Benjamin.

China has been erasing everything in the Cultural Revolution and cracking down on Buddhist independence due to the autonomy of Buddhism, so there is no research other than tourism (today tourism is a part of the cultural study.). They have incorporated the theories into oriental medicine.

If academcians understand Benjamin's notion "Aura" as reverberation of sound such as with the grand piano or playback (wiedergabe) sound of the insturment, that is wrong. I think that it is maybe the interpretation of "a memorable afterglow" is close.

My task in this project is, how I solve the subjective symbolism in Metaphysics and to create communication through arts. For that, I need to write more than 100 pages.

混声合唱 さくら (Sakura, Katekitsu)

John Cage -Ocean of Sounds

I use these composition techniques in my sound composition. A is modulation, thereby the composer had to know the articulation. Housen's in this aspect too harmonic, so that "fly to the dream without" like a sky, it might be the direction of being naive. however, this our own naivety (humanity) is pure of art to represent for the god(s) in the western arts, which is being by a kind of law in the western fine arts. In this aspect, the position of the composition of Takemitsu was very important in western music and philosophy, perhaps, particularly, it was for Cage's and other composers in post-war.

On Transculturality

What I have been exploring is the same as by Cage, Wolff, Takemitsu, and many others, but at the audio (musical) and visual levels, which objective(s) are similar to such as in the philosophy of information, but in the aim of fine arts (epistemology, phenomenology, cognitive linguistics, cognitive psychology, and so on in aesthetics.).

It is the beauty of "Miyabi/雅", just like the character of gagaku/雅楽. I think that it is a characteristic of the "beauty" of Takemitsu's work.

"Miyabi/雅" is a sophisticated beauty, an important Japanese ethics which is based on this language "Hiragana/平仮名". Today's word, maybe I can express it as "tolerant", which is human capacity.

My criticism of Takemitsu's composition is about his instruction in his composition piece. That makes it more perfectly, instead of enactiving in sense. In this sense, I like Cage's artistic method more than Takemitsu's. Cage's is rather near to the original Japanese, but it is an artistic sophisticated way.

When this kind of aesthetic ethic disappears, humans would start to kill, deceive, and be jealous. In each culture, we humans have modernized aesthetic ethics as a reflection of the human being practically. Its education is aesthetic education as well as emotional education (emotional intelligence), at the school, we learn music, arts, dance and literature.

Dream (1948),

by Cage.

As Takemitsu's world of Miyabi 雅 in ethics (which was from Heian era) is 1 Toru Takemitsu - "Sakura" is too beautiful, light and dreamy.

Probably, 3. Sakura (Toru Takemitsu) is his original work for Miyabi 雅 in ethics. Same as the beauty of Housen and Huisman, work on Corona (1962) is 1. Toru Takemitsu - "Sakura", hoever, they worked on the guidline of subjective symbolism (Belgian ethtics of beauty).

Modulation cannot work without Pitagoras and others. (The gap between virtual empirical research in physics and critical theories in the aspect of phenomenology.)

So, I have write more than 100 pages, same as Cage and ohters did.

In my artistic research, Credo by Cage was the hypothesis in audio (musical) and visual organization of creativity in which relates to the critical theories, what means it in Cage's context (Credo) "to improve", in the visual arts, in which regards to artistic assemblage in fine arts, in post-war. (Transition from prewar class system society and its ideologies to the post-war, that is the same in Paris, France, (post-)structuralism by Barthes and many others, after Jean-Paul Sartre, and many others.)

Cage has started to work before the End of the Secon world War.

A contemplatation for a new assemblage in the 21st century:

In the 21st century, we can comprehend such as in the philosophy of information, "human-being" is abstract of space, time and body (by non-human and humans), on the other hand, our "human being" in the aspect of fortune and human nature will not be changed by in the law of nature. However, the law of nature in fortune and human nature consists of the whole universe and its phenomenologically.

Two types of the modernization:

Takemitsu has created a new model of Miyabi雅 in ethics from the original. Cage has created in which sense of it in original of ethics but always in the aspect of the critical theories. Thereby, the question is always philosophically, if our civilization stands on the right way of humanity, as if ...?

Japan–Portugal relations:

The first affiliation between Portugal and Japan started in 1543, when Portuguese explorers landed in the southern archipelago of Japan, becoming the first Europeans to reach Japan.

Japan–Spain relations

The first contact between Japan and Spain occurred in 1549 when Spanish missionary Francis Xavier arrived to Japan. While in Japan, Xavier embarked upon a major evangelizing project and he founded the first Catholic colony in Japan.[1]

On Corona (1962) by Takemitsu, by Huisman and Housen in 2020 is too light and dreamy. I researched both artistic authenticity in their work of art. It's an interesting co-performance. I can't say for sure because I haven't rehearsed in the same space yet, but Huisman is a very heavy type, and Housen's musical ethics is truth Belgian's from his mother and father. It's in fairy tales, and lullabies, so your parents teach children with their hart. ("Love and Communication" by Dogen and others in ethics, which musical (tonal) ethics "liberality", love" makes us "joy" for life (knowledge) in sense. In the philosophy of art, it mentions "geistiges Erbe" which is heritage, and which is not a gold object. What UNESCO has been keeping and researching.)

Huisman plays seriously, we will feel overwhelmingly profound. I think that our potentiality in this Joint Artistic Research (An aim of the joint artistic research is today's musical and visual ethics on the subject of elasticity in mind (its transculturality, artistic intervention in sense as an awareness.). (The capacity of the brain in the aspect of emotional intelligence in critical theories which refers to cognitive psychology, cognitive linguistics, philosophy of art, and so on practically.)) is high (If this potentiality is low, we might have research problems or the research does not work practically, that is the individual artistic authenticity and true love for creating artistic communication.), will become a good team at an artistic level. the musical ethics of CORONA (1962) to explore is not easy and dreamy, due to the abstraction of MANDARA (on fortune and human nature), and also we can never express and say "This is Fortune and Human nauter". It requiers us to study and explore forever.

Today's research is on the guideline of "natural science" in the aspect of the critical theories, thus Takemitsu's is one of the starting point of, after Paradigm shift in post-war.

In today's science, we need the critical theories to study, otherwise the Human IQ will not increase. (It will be cute or simply stupid. Russian avant-garde artists group "stupid project", they had criticism about Russian controlled education and its life. (in the east countries) In the USA, that is due to "fight the power" - money worth of art and idealism, is also problematic in arts. It is too difficult to define art or fake, freedom of expression generally (in the western countries), thereby the question is "What is the aim of art?", "Why it will be required the aim for the art?", and In which condition, art will be required the aim?".)

Allegory, Da Vinci's Mona Lisa

The outbreak of syphilis is one of the reason why Japan had closed the border in Edo-era.

Sakoku (鎖国) 1639–1854

When I was a researcher in sculupture at Hijiyama University, Hisashi Akutagawa, my professor of sculpture in Japan, gave me Western modern classical music scores for studying the mathematics in music and ethics of music. That is principle same what Duchamp said to Cage, and it is in liberal arts. Akutagawa studied sculpture at University of applied arts Tokyo, he started to study arts before the Second World War. As the generation, he is almost same as Takemitsu (a bit older than Takemtisu.). The Japanese sculptors Churyo Sato and Yoshitatsu Yanagihara were older than them. Why I studied sculpture at Hijiyama University, due to Akutagawa. Yoshitatsu Yanagihara has already retired. He was one of professores in Hijiyama University who was begged for the contract by the Hijiyama Univeristiy, visited his studio in Tokyo many times. Abstract in sculpture, it already limited, due to Einstein's theories time and space metaphysically, I had not much interested in study symbolism as well as expression (expressionism) of sculpture. I would like to study more liberal arts practically, therefore, Institut für Kunst im Kontext at Berlin University of Arts was only, I could study liberal arts at the University of arts (Art academy) in Germany practically at that time. Without study of new art education and new art mediation together, there is no possible for "new art" in the society. Bauhaus had aimed "new life", thereby their aim was new art education and "product" in the society.

Sound organization by Cage is for the acoustic instrument(s) as well as an object. He described his concept either in words or in the score.

My sound organization is for electroacoustic music, even if it is for the performance with the musical acoustic instrument. For that, I described my concept in visual (in graphical), which is another space and time as by Cage's. This is also a kind of encoding (notation). However, I use it for improvisation-composition, which is not the common musical encoding, which is not like the score by Cage (not for everybody). It is usual for example in computer music (programing the notation). In my generation, to describe the music notation that is different before Cage's generation due to using of computer editing and programing (sound art, Lautsprecher Musik). Encoding is a personal code as well as like a password, it can be individual (for and by each one like DNA, each artist has his/her own that is artistic property, which is not an artistic style and not through artistic category.) and an individual creative identity which might be new pop art and not for sharing in the 21st century. An artistic collective will consist of the artistic authenticity of each artist, that was my approach in the project "still/silent", the improvisation-performance by an artistic collective OIO (an artistic association through individual encoding). It was an anaological human activity in the perspective of the critical theories, so this project had empathy from many others, the subjet of 4th part of "still/silent" is A.I. (double meanings of A.I (Artificial Intelligence) and AI (愛) Love in Japanese. 10 years later, I see our society today, how we thought or envisioned and what we have discussed about our future. The transparent subjectivity is thereby "being-shadow" -  be erased human existence, which the reality. "still/silent" is a scary fairy tale, the story was started by magischer Idealism in human history. Nothing is scarier than human fantasy and its habits.

I think that most difficult to study in fine arts, that is music compostion (mathematics) and sculpture (metaphysics), because there is no function as things. Therefore, the expression "spirit" was adopted, but in reality it is the relationship between natural sciences, matter, philosophy, and anthropology (includes literature) in liberal arts (Freie Künste), which is "artefact". Cage is an authentic liberal artist/freie Künstler, he was an artist who comprehended in music composition, as well as the ethics of music and sculpture, also from the aspect of the literary.

He talks about "silence" in his experience which is an experience of sound in an enviroment, which is about "being" in time and space subjectivity and objectivity, also which is might be in the experience of aesthetic. It is a joyful moment, to be awared own "being", and recognize own selbst.

Duchamp taught (beibringen) the ethics of sculpture to Cage. According to Kant (1724–1804) by Cage in this video, I think that he is a generation of post-Kantianism, and he had no god in his brain like Beethoven (1770–1827) and many others (the conflict with ideas as ideology), maybe, it was a happiness of Cage, with his natural cognitive intelligence and autonomy in the work of art.

Duchamp's ready-made was an object without function, but rather the question for "being" of an object, that is nonsense in a context of his work of art, how it would be appreciated, that is in mind freely. To me, I see Duchamp's toilet bowl as a nonsense object, how it was great as a work of art, because it gave me another seeing of human life, how the thing might possible to change. He rejected to become the "great artist" with God in (his) brain. It was "at the end of Art for art's "sake of" is over.", to be started the conceptual art by an artist, as well as in anti-materialism (materialism) philosophically, it was a new start also metaphysically.

Ready-made works only in a specific context.

Why I thought this work of art by Duchamp, that is a great art work:

To me, it gave the idea for "private share and private property".

An example today of private share, "The differences between the models is huge these days: even in Europe, the private share of health expenditure ranges from 57% in Greece to 14% in the UK." (The current situation is that democratic judgment cannot be made unless this can be solved as a proposition, not decision of good or bad.)

Hence, Duchamp broke the ideology of capitalism and communism.

I think, according to Marx, that is his capital accumulation, his theory as system, capitalism and capitalized communism such as in socialistic system, social-democratic system, and so on, there were many variations should be improved in the soceity. However, both sides of "ideology" prevent it. How it could improve, after Sartre, post-structuralism have explored theoretically and practically.

After all, the conflicts between West and East and North and South around the world were/are the military component of ideology, which were/are based on "Weltanschauung" "the view of world" in the each position? (constructivism, post-constructivism and post-colonialism).

Today, post-structuralism, their theories such as Barthes are grasped in post-constructivism, that is the "wrong" of current society, due to the economic war, the constructivist increased their power. How they did, such as through social media, as well as commercial and other media for "Botschaft", for example, art is in a part of populism that is in post-constructivism today. These situations have made the term "political correctness" a dead word in cul-de-sac, because it was the moral finally, such as good or bad decision. It (Duchamp's work of art) shows me, how importance of self-consciousness in society today is.

To me, Da Vinci's Smile of "Mona Lisa", modeled after the face of the dead (to look for the spirit of human after the death where it gone), Duchamp's is more important than whether it is beautiful or artistic. The era of Da Vinci was an era of death and hunger from infectious disease in the pandemic, due to the military intervention in Europe. It was a protest with "Ghost" as symbolism by Da Vinci. My project "B.O.D.Y." consists of the macro images of the real body of who lives, which concept is opposite of Da Vinci's.

I would like to stopp for attending in Berliner art when a Berlin based artist at a gallery in Berlin gave me his Duchamp debate, "He was bad at painting.". It was between 2017 and 2018. I thought thereby "Art itself gives us no future.". The fall of art does not change our own intellect and life. It could be the beginning of something new. Since then, I have been intensively researching and exploring new art, one of is N.N-Zwischenliegend as a starting point.

-> Artistic research: "Silence surrounds us, silence around us", Variation II and III"

Possible reasons for not banning "homosexuality" between men in Japan before the Shogun in Edo era were that "homosexuality" is not a reproductive instinctive desire and sexual assault on women, and avoidance of pregnancy due to assault can be considered. That was also the reason for the expression of nakedness of human in Shunga, because when men looked at a beautiful image of a woman, men would have a desire for monopolizing. In the western painting, a beautiful female figure was non-human figure, such as fairy.

Around the world in every culture, there was/is the procedure of civilization.

The cognition of children is ultra realistic in their environment and recognition of things and events in their environment is real and authentic.

What is cognitive development?

Children grow and develop rapidly in their first five years across the four main areas of development. These areas are motor (physical), language and communication, cognitive and social/emotional.

Cognitive development means how children think, explore and figure things out. It is the development of knowledge, skills, problem solving and dispositions, which help children to think about and understand the world around them. Brain development is part of cognitive development.

Parents who are asked by their children, "How is baby born?", and answer to their child, "Storks carry a baby to family," are probably liars.

When pearents are asked by a child, "Why is the sunset red?", can pearents answer correctly, without telling a lie, such as "Because the sun ate grapes.", so that the child can understand?

At today's scientific level, these answer to  children could be a "lie" by adults.

If you (pearents) can explain such as COVID-19 and Virus SARS-CoV-2 to your child correctly, he or/and she will protect themselves seriously.

The research context in my Phd. in arts proposal (2019) is about the mathematical expression of foundation of things and ethics in arts, that each liberal artist explores. Therefore, we study the universality of things, and the limits of life in ethics. It is the same method in study of the philosophy of information, which relates to "new things" in our human society. "New things" in the context of artistic research is non-human. Thereby, the new method of understanding of Gene in molecular biology that is a new for our "being" in the 21st century. DNA sequencing is our individual information of being.

Through arts, we need also "joy" which must authentic in natural science, and authentic love to humans, and which does not consist of lie as Human fantasy.

Story of "Kurokami" is "Life doesn't go as expected, it takes patience, and in the meantime it gets older.", my critical thinking is thereby from the perspective of Wittgenstein, that is the contemporary thinking (How to change own life. It is not necessary to wait for whole of life.). How I would like morenize this piece, in the aspect of such as Wittgenstein's aesthetics, that is the same by Cage did, was a new beauty, new sense, and new idea of life. Music is really one of the important art for us humans in life that is a new inspiration for the life, even if life itself is not change.

The danger of perfect beauty, for example, it might be possible to transform from elegant to arrogant in the context, perfect beauty as a power. However, this type of "ideal" beauty, after then to "perish" that is the law of nature. The ideology of imperialism repeats between ideal and ruine.

Modernized musical ethics on "beauty" in pop-music:

-> I am currently studying and exploring semiotics and a new paradigm related to its context and probably paradox of whether it is a scientific shift from phenomenological and epistemological in art (theory and practice at audio and visual level). -> Space, Time and Body from aspect of the critical theories in Cognitive psychology, Cognitive neuroscience, Cognitive linguisitics, Aesthetics.

Contemporary art without Marx's theories from the aspect of the critical theories, we (artists) can not explore arts for Human-being metaphysically, which apply also in psychology, that affect our today's emotion (an emotional fact, such as Darstellung of thing and its value, being in time, worth, (which relates to  "time", "space", and "body") even our "life", and so on.). Which theories were/are based on our Darstellung of being in the society.

Intimsphäre

Die Intimsphäre wird in Deutschland durch das Allgemeine Persönlichkeitsrecht (APR) geschützt.

Japan has denied the study of Marx's theory as the denial of communist ideology, for example, we can see in the consumption tax system. It is very difficult for Japan to introduce the Western system as it is directly. That is where it is said that Japan is still modern and not a contemporary generally, but it was the post-war phase after the Second World War in Asia. It applies also in the USA, has denied Marx's theory as the denial of communist ideology, although the communist ideologies were differnet as Marx's theory.

I could research his theories and its exploring in Berlin parctically (as Erlebnis) from the aspect of critical theories (espectially in Berlin, there were two critical points of west and east.), includes advantage and disadvantage of his theories, where he has written his doctoral thesis. In doing so, I understood that it would be changed how it would be implemented and its method of transposition, and who use this theory for which objectives. -> Artistic research: Series B.O.D.Y. - そして、それから,

地唄(Jiuta) 黒髪 (Kurokami) by 富山清琴 (唄、三絃) 富山美恵子 (琴 Koto)

Modulation is thereby an expression of "changing of time". Cage transformed this musical expression into his composition.

Lyric is subjective, and a part of music composition is rather "Klänge" as musical expression, because it is an objective expression (Darstellung) of landscape (environment).

Lullaby

When I was a student of sculpture at Hijiyama University, my sculptor professor Hisashi Akutagawa supervised and published a "new art textbook" with sculptors Churyo Sato and Yoshitatsu Yanagihara of the Shinseisaku (New Creation/Schöpfung of Art) Association (This new art movement by Japanese Artist was started before the Second World War in Japan. There were artists who studied at Bauhaus in Germany, and they taught in Tokyo. This generation taught Prof. Akutagawa, and Prof. Akutagawa taught me. ). The new art textbook was put into practice at a private secondary school in Hiroshima City, where I completed my internship as an art teacher with this new art textbook. Although I have not taken the local civil service exam as an art teacher, I was able to qualify as a sculptor and a private junior high school art teacher at university. Some classmates have taken the local civil service exam to become a public junior high school art teacher and have become a public junior high school art teacher.

At that time, research on early childhood education in Montessori method was progressing at Hijiyama University. My kindergarten was also Montessori method of education. The education program at Hijiyama University in my generation was in the context (the criterion) of the institute for art in context/aehstic education and cultural studies at Berlin University of Arts.

At the Berlin University of the Arts, before the entrance examination, I have attended the practical lecture on nude drawing by a professor, who was the head of the Faculty of Fine Arts as an auditor for a semester. I have visited his seminar from Vienna for the entrance examination. The class was a practical lecture at the Berlin University of the Arts, not a lecture on how to draw. I have presented my mappe to the professor along with the motivation for attending his practical seminar. Therefore, I have receiced to participate with the permission of the professor. In class, It has requiered just to draw. Indluding theses drawings in the mappe, I have submitted my mappe for the exam, before the exame, about my study of sclupture was proven to be my truth and my artistic ability as well as my autonomy for art was already confirmed.

Fine arts  (sculpture, and it includes photography), and another of my artistic activities in Vienna at that time were performing, mainly together with Viennese female artists, I had long black hair, and studying in Vienna. I studied German at the University of Vienna, in doing so, I mainly spent time at the library of the university of Vienna. In Vienna and Berlin, the language was German, not English. My generation was the examination without computer, I had to write by my hand, also there was no Email for the communication with the professors at the university.

(Since the mid-'90s, art university education in Japan has focused on CG design and animation, not fine art and philosophy of art. So, I don't know much about the Japanese contemporary art. I have really no idea with the new education system in Heisei-era. Some people say that its lightness is more like an extension of handicraft work that makes full use of technology rather than art, and they like the lightness which is the same as the Choir "Sakura" by Takemitsu.)

Is there an absolute need to inherit the historical "beauty" in contemprary culture which is formed from your and my being, and is it possible? I think it is impossible.  It was my critical opinion for UNESCO/CID, we had the world congress in athens, thereby, my postion was in the Athens University more than UNESCO side (For the keeping and the research for the properity of historical arts.). However, my critical opinion for the Athens University side was about the rationality of glaobal Dance and Arts industry as "art", due to the regional economy. Both presentations were for me too extreme of two destinations. (I think that was extremely between Sports and Arts in Dance and culture which aims for the economy and cultural property. Thereby my lecture and demonstration were  about a traditional Japanese Dance piece "長唄 (Nagauta) 黒髪Kurokami/Black hair" on the guideline of the literature (About a bygone time and a beauty mind in lost love, jealousy what could be, on authentic love. Japanese symbolism in literature and dance-choreography which related to the music composition in the aspec of the critical theories, that was my lecutre and demonstration at the CID/UNESCO world congress in Athens.) Dance without literature, that the research would be more in the direction of "rationality".

My question is, "Why is European research always in the extreme of two destinations or poles?"

I think that is a kind of European thinking habit. (I can show a few of examples of European depictions, which are the European high art "Weltanschauung" (View of the world), there is a global world domination or a world view by it.) Humans grow in relationships and the environment, so looking at computer graphic as well as just depicted world view doesn't make in sense for humans.

Cage's Credo consists of natural science which refers today's, that we need to improve in current natural science.

My critic for Takemitsu's and others that I can understand about their critic against the modernist, however, we don't need the historical beauty, just we need to grasp your/my/humans fortune in the natural science, that for to be able to think about our "joy". The guideline of historical beauty that might be "lie" story, nobody had experienced. It is very difficult to define, that is only for the researcher. But from your mother's and father's in words (Lyric), you/I can improve them in your/my reality, in which existence of natural science, probably AI can help us for decision- making in the near future. Which is your and my geistiges Erbe, even if it is negativeBy and in this procedure, we (Human) can respect each other.

-> Nowadays, there are some situations where people can't feel relieved unless. For example, the space of God(s) to feel relieve for people, where is a space no value of worth, that is "niche" in the soceity. Some people have mental illness in the consumer society.

In human society, both men and women have the "human rights" of equality in the law, as well as the pressure of being and its oblige from born to die and unable to drop out of society. In the contemporary life situation, the religious ethics and its fantasy by the new religions have become a place of liberation from everyday life.

Also Art, that is one of human activity in the contemporary life situation for liberation in everyday life.

To me, "joyful" in everyday life is what Cage said in the video, at his level, that is "happiness". It is a "certain ability" through one's senses (self-knowledge). He was always "be-here". He dealt with the (his) reality.

Thomas Sowell

France awarded Bando Tamasaburo the French culture medal, who produces (embodies) the these Traditonal Japanese works in original, because it is the same as the satire of the French Renaissance. (It is based the French Constitution of Humanity and Art. Confucian policy and many other similars around the world issued/issues a ban that is the sticking point in the discurs of Freedom of expression and in the question for "What is Freedom of Expression?" philosophically.)
Bando Tamasaburo is the Japanese National Immaterial Treasure.

黒髪の結ほほれたる思いをば、解けて寝た夜のまくら(枕)こそ、一人寝る夜の仇枕 (Kurokami no musubohotareru

omoioba tokete netayono makurakoso,

ada-makura)

Expression of this sentence is like "I remember (ich betrachte mich) the feelings of oneness (the unity feelings), the pillow of the night when I untangled, was sleeping the pillow of the night, when I sleep alone, it becomes a lie.", this lyric is a very passionate love song, as a lyric is very beautiful. Bando, Tamasaburo (a male dancer dances as female, Kabuki) embodied this piece, that was fantastic.

Explanation: "I can't forget that night when my black hair that was tied to you was unraveled, and the loneliness of the night when I slept alone, it made me jealous that you might be with someone else, my feeling to you would become a lie." ((...) I get jealous during the loneliness of the night when I sleep alone because I think about you sleeping with another person. It turns my true love for you into a lie.). Authentic love is in "my" mind (It means also in "your" mind, in each mind.). Emotional expression, that is in Japanese "shinjo-hyogen (心情表現)". This "Transculturality", after then, it was advanced in the research, such as in the topic of consciousness. Klimt's dreamy's expression, that was in terms of the guideline of academic research in Vienna from the aspect of critical theories of biology and anthropology.

We can see them in Japonism e.g. the painting of Klimt, Vienna Secession in Vienna. Also, the painting of Van Gogh (1853–1890), and in the work of art (includes the literature) by many other artists.

Regarding to Klimt's Japonism, I think that there were researchers in Vienna, regarding to Dutch's study at the time. But I suppose it wasn't at the University of the Arts in Vienna. Its subjective symbolism resembles the Belgian symbolism, like a dream, and at the same time, it contains the second meaning related to ethics in the critical theories. In particular, I think it was a study of Japanese and Chinese. In fact, after the Second World War, the study of Ainu-language (the neitive in the north Japan) at the University of Vienna was more advanced than the study of Ainu-language (the neitive in the north Japan) in Japan, as well as with regards to study of ancient Japanese culture.

The ontological study in criticism at that time was not only Schiller's research, but also Goethe's and many others aspect from biology and anthropologyThen, research on psychology and other disciplines progresses. Thirty years ago, in Vienna, I learned that I wasn't at the Vienna University of Arts, so I studied German at the University of Vienna for German college entrance exam, but I didn't take the exam of the Vienna University of Arts. After then I went to Berlin for study at Berlin University of Arts in the ontological context from the perspective of critical theories practically.

In my opinion, this lyrics were written by a male writer and have a double meaning. One was a love song, and the other is a socio critical perspective. I think the background is that the government adopted Confucian policy and issued a ban. This type of work of art (artefact), we can see also lyric and music in Ancient Greece.

The description of a commercial is almost like a "lie"  or "trick" for selling an image of the the culture as heritage.

Our task in the academic arts is for the aesthetic judgement such as freedom of expression, not for the judgement of heritage.

It turns out that people in every country in the world don't know much about their own culture. Study of culture is very complicated and difficult, it requiers to research economy, language, politic, climate, customs and religion of each culture historically.

Possible reasons for not banning "homosexuality" between men in Japan before the Shogun in Edo era were that "homosexuality" is not a reproductive instinctive desire and sexual assault on women, and avoidance of pregnancy due to assault can be considered.

There are collections of the Traditional Japanese culture in Dutsch, not only in the USA, however, in the USA, there were many Japanese Americans who were immigrated before the Second World War. The Japanese Americans in the USA supported people in Hiroshima after the Second World War. Who taught me English in integrated kindergarten when I was three years old, she was a Japanese American. In part of Hiroshima, it was an era when bicultural education was promoted. Some people were invited to the United States to treat the atomic bomb disease. Many Americans, they were/are critical for the American imperial. It is the same as in the Soviet Union/Russland, not only in Japan and Germany, but Japan and Germany were very low level of fascism.

There are collections of the Traditional Japanese culture in Dutsch, for example:

A Japanese cultural heritage "Goze uta (瞽女唄)" at UNESCO, the song sings by the blind woman that is a kind of lullaby was based on the Japanese ethics (ethichs for love and communication, e.g. expression for thanks and joy in everyday life), who has researched and written the ethics in original, as well as metaphysics in life, such as Dogen's and many others. Japanese heritage was studied in the post-war period, not by and for the power and the empire, not for the value of culture, but rather for nessarity. Some of Goze Blind woman singer became the Living National Treasure in post-war. In Germany, the German Nazi regime had killed all heterogeneous in their society, they said that was their justice, it was the holocaust.

Acknowledged as the Japanese cultural heritage, behind this is the efforts of researchers who have made every effort to research both in Japan and abroad also.

Renaissance

The Renaissance began in the 14th century in Florence, Italy.[8] Various theories have been proposed to account for its origins and characteristics, focusing on a variety of factors including the social and civic peculiarities of Florence at the time: its political structure, the patronage of its dominant family, the Medici,[9][10] and the migration of Greek scholars and their texts to Italy following the Fall of Constantinople to the Ottoman Turks.[11][12][page needed][13] Other major centres were northern Italian city-states such as Venice, Genoa, Milan, Bologna, and Rome during the Renaissance Papacy or Belgian cities such as Bruges, Ghent, Brussels, Leuven or Antwerp

Space, time and body in old-Japanese from Manyoshu (万葉集) in the 7th century consists of words, which is the logic in Japanese:

Beethoven (1770–1827), he had the dialog with "god", not with nature or human nature, it was magisch at that time. When I see Vienna cultural history, I can understand it.

In Feminism in theology, I refer to the research of Elisabeth Gössmann, and many others.

I embody two types of choreography pieces of  "Kurokami", one is by unknown choreographer (Kabuki-Theater), and other one is by Hanaygy, (Mai-Dance). (I studied this piece "Kurokami" theoretically and practically. One of my repertory.)

The government banned diplomacy was a historical background.

Subjectivity

Currently, I am exploring to combine this with Wittgenstein aesthetics, whether it is possible.

On the visual leve, there was the geometry already, on the musical level, Cage did, I think that his method is. My challenging is in words as appreciation.

Thanks to Goze's ethics, Japan was able to recover from the postwar situation of unconditional surrender and the dropping of the atomic bomb. That was also the compensation for Asian countries, that was a break from German as well as Magischer idealism, and any ideologies in the Japanese cultural history.

The challenge for the future is how to deal with the military imperialism of China and North Korea. China is a large country with a large population that has reached economic growth. I think that economic growth with South America, Africa, and the Middle East will further strengthen their national power. Their purpose is an economic and political revolution. I think it is better for the younger generation to cooperate as much as possible without competing internationally. Now that the east-west relationship is so clear, Japan would have the similar subject to the NATO in Ukraine.

Dutch had brought back these Japanese culture to their home country. During the voyage, they had studied the culture of each Asian country.

I think Japan did not become a colony of Europe because of the words of Japanese love (communication) from the 7th century. In Europe, there was no cultural custom to express love in "words" and communicate with those "words", to appreciate the words.

Waka/和歌 (Japanese Poem) was like a painting, depicted with words (logic of words).

Regarding to magischer Idealism, I think it is necessary to know as a background of the world view and aesthetics of Europe and America, and art history, not to judge whether it is good or bad. I thought about what is so scary in the ideology, about how to deal with it.

Objectivity

In this world realty, my niche is not a space of god(s) (a ritual space), but rather Space, Time and Body in an environment.

However, I can understand, why people need to visit a space of ritual today, even as a tourist. People express often, this phenomenon is because of the high technology, but they/we (as users) made it by themselves/ourselves, and they/we (as users) are in a part of.

In situations under surveillance or by intervention through internet, there is the protection called "privacy" including of the data ownership and responsibility in human-rights which subject we (humans) need to discuss democratically.

It's an era that I don't know what's true when I get out of my research context, such as into social media.

The rapid inclination of domestic industry toward the IT industry is the development of "not on the ground", therefore, I think that the country might possibly be destroyed by themselves/ourselves. I think it's time to consider how to make full use of this technology and equipment, about its necessity by each one.

New type of global democracy and its economy in the 21st century

Still, the world's Internet users account for less than 40-45% - 50% of the world's population. These situations are happening in developed countries (86,7%, 2019) and industrialized countries. (19,5%, in least developed countries)

The current world population is 7.8 billion as of January 2021 according to the most recent United Nations estimates elaborated by Worldometer. The term "World Population" refers to the human population (the total number of humans currently living) of the world.

After Corona Pandemic, it is increasing more and more, with the new way of communication such as via zoom.

Love and communication in Dogen's is in words (Waka-logic).

That was interest of Barthles for and in Japan, we can read his L'Empire des signes est un récit de voyage de Roland Barthes publié en 1970, dans lequel l’auteur mélange le genre de la littérature des voyages et le discours scientifique avec des textes théoriques illustrés d'images du Japon, de la ville de Tokyo et de Japonaises1

Manyoshu was the poem bands, wo the authors were the families of Kaiser (Tenno-family) and many others in the 7th cenutry. That is one of why the Kaiser (Tenno) in Japan became the Symbol after the unconditional surrender of the defeat.

Metric Manipulations in Post-Tonal Music

Abstract

This article explores the continued use of eighteenth-century metric manipulations by composers of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. These manipulations, called imbroglio, close imitation, and imitative imbroglio, are motive-driven and involve the perceptual interaction of meter, motivic parallelism, and perceptual streaming. Their defining features and local perceptual effects, which primarily involve metrical dissonance, are demonstrated in short passages by Schoenberg, Penderecki, Britten, Debussy, Webern, Barber, and Adès. Their larger form-functional and text-expressive potential is demonstrated in analyses of longer passages by Schoenberg, Webern, and Barber.

Noise in Music, that is an objective sound of our surround on earth, it could be created from a part of"real" world. Thereby I deal with the sound from a part of "real" world, and think about "What might be art?". Probably, this artistic act could relate to philosophy of natural science.

I think that transculturality is possible only in liberal arts, because it requires the academic foundation (particularly, language (semiotics and semantics)), but at individual level of dealing in an experience, and semi-formalism, which has not the foundation of idealism, rather from the anthropological and biological aspect. "Imitation" is a wrong way, that is not "Misreading". Imitation is for studying, by whom can not read things and its event. "Misreading" is who read, but in whom context, it appears in another perspective through his/her culture, such as a new word, that is the aim of Joint Artistic Research with Huisman and Housen.

Such as Cage, Takemitsu, and many ohters.

Transculturality, I think that is possible in between different disciplines of science, even though it is necessary to grasp the cultures as background.

Some people may think that the world is one for "a world without borders", but it is "impossible" for human beings to grasp the world. Humans need territories (ground) for life. It is also a society that is a collection of autonomous regions that are subdivided into regional units. Today, the world is made up of "national" units, but it has complicated problems for the construction of a nation in many countires around the world yet.

In the context of this phenomenon, it is not yet known what the geography might be changed in the 22nd century, even if it would be without World War III.

However, current issue is virus, through the infection not only our health, but rather the system of the nation might be destroyed.

A project a.o.i. - lasting memories, I conceptualised for "misreading" between Housen and me (Matsunami) on the subject of transculturality, its topic is "blue". This multi-layered open score for pianist(s) will be embodied  by Huisman.

"Blue" in literature and painting, in muisc.

The problem with the authentic love in the monotheism is only one (the god) and it must be "forever". In the polytheism, the binding is not God's love (not true love), that is a respect for freedom of mind (liberality). For example, The true love of 八百万 (yaoyorozu no kami) God is not to bind humans. Basic idea of Shinto is, "eight million gods (due to the geography of Japan in North.) sit (being) in nature. There is no "baptism" and no mission, for that there are the ritual by Dance and Music which express between nature and human-world  in Shinto. The worshipers go to pray for getting rid of negative fortune (to avoid disaster, such as wish for Home peace, Illness recovery, Good matching, Work luck, Money luck, Success for studyand so on), such as "to request to Gods in case of trouble.".

In fact, the christian churches, Islamic mosques and Jewish synagogues, Buddhist dojos and gardens can be found in every country in the world, where immigrants live, such as in Berlin, but there is no Shinto tempel.

Beauty is not "form and proportion itself", beauty is the content as Ergebnis through its Erlebnis and its logic, which reflects in our mind.

It must be authentic in authentic love, so I cannot use the machine, as well as cannot use AI. I am writing by my hand.

In doing so, a person will be intelligent together with others through love and communication, in which is an interactive. This is our (Huisman, Housen and Matsunami) artistic challenging in this artistic research on the subject of "Transculturality" between Berlin and Gehnt since 2020 after the corona-pandemic and lockdown for the artistic new inspiration.

Housen's Arrangement of Takemitsu, in his BA composition (which one I listened) was really Belgian-Dutch of musical ethic "liberality". (Music composition is logic and mathematical, we cannot talk about music in the level of musical style. It is better to talk about "my" taste (subjective) and an association or the cognition for a music, if I cannot talk about a music in the level of logic and mathematical.) If I transform my expression in words (association), then it will start to relate in my artistic work interactivity. I have replied them my sound pieces, which creativity does not consist of "re-action" between us. Even if a collaboration with Schmincke, for the interactive work, I showed him my words (like a poem) and a graph that was an authentic encode of a work of art as a starting point. The work on Encoding and Decoding subjective and/or objective in which bases on natural science within the enviromental responsitivity is a work in arts, which will be interpreted and also communicated at the level of between nonverbal and verbal, that is the human activity since long time, so it develops the humane society. When does Something ‘Belong’ to a Culture?

Abstract

Cultural appropriation can be understood as involving members of one culture taking or adopting objects or practices which ‘belong’ to another culture in the sense of being affiliated or connected to that other culture in a unique or special way. But what constitutes this ‘belonging’ precisely? This paper proposes that belonging, in the targeted sense, is determined by meaningful connections between an object or practice and the relevant culture—in other words, connections that could be described as the thing’s ‘meanings’. Such meanings primarily include relations of causality, teleology, and symbolic representation. After expounding this account, the paper closes with a word of caution. The term ‘belongs’ is sometimes ambiguous, indicating both affiliation and legal or moral property rights. Despite this, belonging as affiliation or meaningful connectedness is not equivalent to rightful ownership. Nor does the former, by itself, entail the latter.

-> Vertical and horizontal view of the world from the god (one) in the beyond world.

-> Manifoldness of view of world, which relates to universe, as well as in Buddhism (Mandara). There is no spesific Sinto Art (Darstellung) in Japan, only in Ancient Japan.

"manifoldness" in my artistic research that addresses in natural science, which is not of and for the view of world.

Constructivism (philosophy of education)

My understanding of the philosophy of information in conceptual design aims to philosophy of education in constructivism.

On transculturality in my research context is "misreading" of depiction (semantics and paradigum), such as in the case of Klimt's, but it works only in the correct context of academic research, which was an important "misreading" of depiction (semantics and paradigum) in a procedure of a cultural evolution.

I don't yet know if the Dutch Academy in the 17th and 18th centuries researched music in Japan.
