1. Set up on my body, mind and spirit.

I take 7 breaths, from a slight to a deep and long one.

2. Listen from my heart (with all the attention possible and in contact with my body sensations). I start to play slap tongue as a heart beat.

3. Greetings to the four elements of the nature. (This as a strategy to feel a physical connection with the environment by feeling every element into my body and thanks their presence)

Hola ....     2'40

Earth - I play low notes in the saxophone in contrast with very high ones. I sense those notes as a physical analogy of heavyness and the ground. In the audio I invite to feel our weight that goes through our legs and goes beyond.    3'50

Fire - I tense the muscles of my body, all that I can. This to feel the contact with fire, the temperature rising. As a embodied scream.    5'18

Water - Feel your saliva. I play glissandos on the saxophone, as a analogy of liquid sound.  6'47

Air - I blow all the air possible throug the saxophone. 7'20

4. Offering. I walk to the tree. I send it love vibrations to the non-humans. I kneel and bow the tree. I set the Plantsplay device.

 8'20

9'26 first sounds of the tree...

5. Joining the bio/geophonic orchestra. I walk to the frame that I made from experiment 3, and I feel the landscape.   9'35

I play saxophone as accompaignment of the music that is already there. I use the extended techniques on saxophone (multiphonics, slap tongue, glissandos)

14'21 I felt that the tree was calling me to do something else. So I started to do a melody, and it continues responding.

6. Closing the performance: in the audio I sing-say some questions that I thought from my previous experiment-fasting (Period 1).
