"Screaming spring"
The international co-production of young amateur and professional artists was created under the direction of theatre director Jakub Čermák during two weeks (in Ostrava and Ljubljana). The premiere took place on the 11th of November 2023 at Plesni Theater. Inspired by the attacks on artworks to combat the climate crisis, the performance Screaming Spring uses Botticelli's Primavera to develop a multi-dimensional discourse on the threat to both nature and culture.
