-  1.1 in the timeline; it does not touch on the everyday consumer. These evolutions were quite exclusive to a certain audience especially with the media at the time.

- Page 19 in the part of "fashion  style in history " ; they only list western tern styles and silhouettes apart from one or two.

- Preface column 1;  "what fashion professionals really need is a simple yet practical handbook that address s- etc." does a fashion professional not already have this knowledge collected or have worked with material from the past?

-   1.1 In the timeline; it only talks about "eras" not necessarily how they came about.

- 1.1  They do not connect the different events they noted to their influence in fashion. The book calls itself an encyclopaedia. If it were that i'd like to believe they would give more context.

-Page 23; typo. it says "Op art" where i believe it should be "Pop art"

- Page 25; "Style by Ethnic" it lists countries of origin twice. Kimono/Japanese and i bottom writing Japan. This seems very unnecessary and again a very western way of approach. Also a lot of dates of origin are not present.

- overall conclusion; in the whole text there are no critical questions being asked. Not even a why or context to their own statements.

- They sacrifice content over readability. it doesn’t seem like its for the audience they claim to write to write the book for. Who is the target audience?
