For the body work, I focused on the texture. Starting with the body obtained from Metahuman, I did some texturing in Substance Painter and then some modeling in Blender for certain details in the intimate areas. One issue that arose was the import process: it wasn't possible to re-import the modeled version into Unreal Engine, which is why the final renders between Unreal and Blender differ in this regard.
