Can weaving be theory or a way of seeing art?

The book that made me aware of the telephonebooth serving as a free library 500 meters from the academy was Thread Ripper by Amalie Smith.

It was the cover that got me interested. And then the layout. Flipping through didnt give me a indication of what or how this book was designed.

It was also the book that made me revisit weaving
