Potential for 65 triangles (installation and/or sculpture and/or sound and/or landscape and/or music)

Potential for 65 triangles was exhibited at gallery Rum/Klang in April 2018, and operated within a potential state without any physical sound. The potential state of Potential for 65 triangles allows the listener to create an imaginary soundscape on their own, by using the inner ear. Each imaginary listening experience is different from listener to listener, and each listening experience is completely valid.

The triangle is not to be considered as only an instrument. It is also a cultural marker and an embodiment of hierarchy in music and in knowledge. The triangle is often given to the child that is considered the least musical one in the group: Hey - you can play the triangle - and the feeling of shame is so present.

Potential for 65 triangles gives the listener an opportunity to evoke an imaginary soundscape for 65 triangles, free of hierarchy and anxiety.
