I´m visual artist, teacher and reseacher in the Visual Department of the Arts National University (UNA) in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Walk as an aesthetic practice, interdisciplinaire collaborations and research with artistic tools are in the center of my work. Since 2001 I founded the Archivo Caminante (The Walking Archives) a visual archive in progress that deals with the relations between art & history. Its main goals are to develope critical thinking, actions against mummification of social memory and collective exercises of political imagination. My visual work includes drawing, collage, photomontage, installation, site specific and public space intervention, video and publication. Since 2010, in collaboration with visual artist and teacher Azul Blaseotto, we run the independent cultural space La Dársena_Plataforma de Pensamiento e Interacción Artística / The Dock_Plattform of Thinking and Artistic Interaction in Buenos Aires. This is a space for collective and interdisciplinaire processes, debate and glocal dialogue, based on art but open to experiences in the territory with social actors.
