I explore how creativity, culture, and leadership shape the possibilities of society, working in the shifting spaces where artistic practice, pedagogy, and organisational inquiry meet. My work investigates how creative processes, cultural perspectives, and emerging forms of organisation expand our capacity to learn, collaborate, and imagine futures together. I draw on writing, film, and design-oriented methods, combined with long experience in leadership education, strategy, and entrepreneurship. Increasingly, my research engages with the cultural and creative economy—examining how creative practices, institutional conditions, and strategic frameworks influence the ways artists, students, and leaders navigate complexity. My focus is on the architectures that support creative and cultural work: how we structure learning, how institutions evolve, and how imagination becomes a resource for societal transformation. Through these inquiries, I seek forms of knowledge that are both reflective and generative, opening pathways toward more meaningful cultural and social futures.
