Gareth is a PhD graduate of Digital Arts and Humanities at University College Cork, Ireland. He received his MSc (hons) in Music Technology from Dundalk Institute of Technology (2009) and his BEng (hons) in Sound and Broadcast Engineering from Glyndwr University (2008). He is a composer of contemporary music and has performed his work at the Hilltown New Music Festival, Ireland, the INTIME Symposium, Coventry, and at both DKIT and UCC schools of music. Gareth enjoys working with found sounds and electronic synthesis, which is apparent in much of his music.
