I work as an independent artist, writer, and musicologist. In my artistic work I'm interested in relations between attention and materiality, language and time, peripheries of collective attention and processes of constituting public spheres. I hold an MFA in Art and Public Spaces from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts, degrees in creative writing (Skrivekunstakademiet in Hordaland and Tromsø Academy of Contemporary Art and Creative Writing), performative criticism (Stockholm Uniarts), and an MA in Musicology (Oslo University). I co-curate a small concert series in Oslo, Konsertserien Periferien. Alongside my own artistic projects I regularly hold writing workshops, often connected to contexts of performing arts. 2012-2017 I was the editor of Scenekunst.no, an online magazine for performing arts. I also have experience as a producer and project developer in the field of contemporary music. 2018-2019 I've had a 2 year 50% state scholarship as a critic. www.hildborchgrevink.no
