I did my Master of Science in Engineering Biology degree (finished 2002) at Umeå University, Sweden, and continued with a PhD (finished 2006) at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Uppsala, Sweden. Since 2007, I am a researcher in the biomedical field at Ghent University, Belgium.
