Research Catalogue

I have been Director of higher arts education since 1976, most recently The Bergen National Academy of the Arts and the Norwegian Artistic Research Programme. I have been Vice President of the Society for Artistic Research (SAR) for the period 2013-2018. For the time being I am the SAR Executive Officer, External Board Member to the Stockholm University of the Arts, Sweden  and to the Faculty of Architecture and Design at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim, Norway as well as external artistic research adviser to the Rhythmic Music Conservatory (RMC) in Copenhagen, Denmark.

I work free-lance as an expert, adviser and speaker on matters concerning artistic research; doctoral programmes within this field and higher arts educational matters. I can also offer introductions on the benefits of using the Research Catalogue as a tool for both institutions as well as individual researchers.
