Thomas Baugh is a practicing artist and Associate Lecturer in Fine Art at the University of Plymouth based in the UK, where he is also part of the reaseach group "ARC", Arts Research Collective. Thomas has exhibited his art practice accross South West England, and is currently working on completing a practice-led PhD in Fine Art; a research engaged in revealing “equivalence” in the context of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder [OCD], through filmic projection and art installation. The primary concern of Thomas's artwork is to articulate embodied action: the intense relationship that exists between methods of recollection and associated memory where acts of remembering manifest themselves within performances: compulsive repetitive body oriented experiences enacted within constructed spaces, spaces that are defined by recurring and obsessed memory.
