Alberto Frigo is a Ph.D researcher at the School of Critical and Cultural Theory at Södertörn University in Stockholm. In the last decade he has been involved with renowned institution such as the Interactive Institute and Konstfack in Stockholm, Tongji University and the World Expo in Shanghai and Harvard University and MIT in Boston. During these years, he has gained a broad expertise ranging from Physical Computing and Interactive Installations, Sustainable Technologies, Social and Civic Media and Mobile technology.

Alberto’s early interest in devising wearable technology for lifelogging has resulted in http://2004-2040.com/, a 36 years manual depiction of an individual and his surroundings through time and space. The project includes for instance, an archive of all the photos of the artifacts used by the dominant hand to create a total record of activities throughout the life of an individual. The project was awarded the prestigious Prix Ars Electronica in 2006.
