About this exposition

THE WASHERS is an installation/instrument built with the proportions of the György Ligeti Hall in Graz, Austria where it also will be performed. The 33 threaded rods have a propotional distance as between the 33 speakers and the floor. So is also the distance between the rods propotional as between the speakers in the black box.The threaded rods are amplified and "played" with metal washers.
