'Degradation', one could say, but rather incorporation—organized, constructed matter silently, patently accepting the influences of wether, of human and non-human actions, showing cracs and wounds, reflecting without shame what happened, what is happening. A smooth continuity between past and present.
Traces of small, layered gestures.
A variety of being there in a silent, discretely self-confident dialogue. Taking more than giving, listening more than speaking. Or better, listening giving back what touches the surfaces as altered surfaces, as the modification of the surface of reflection, of the reflecting surface.
And far away, the perfect, perfectly finished, self-sufficient form. Timeless—understanding time as flow. Instead, symbolizing time, 'a' time: a future—unaltered and gleamy.
