Conclusions.
Cornetto requires much less effort to play than we might think when we try to learn to play it.
We can obtain full body resonance by applying the Alexander principles of inhibition and direction, so the neck can be free of excessive tension and the torso can lengthen and widen.
Sound resonance does not mean muscular effort.
We can use natural breathing based on AT and anatomy to play cornetto, not to tradition teacher-student.
Body pain because of the musical activity is common, but not normal. We can learn to prevent it, and the cornetto is not exceptional in this case.
When we use our bodies to work as it is designed through evolution, playing cornetto becomes a much easier activity.
