This proposal seeks to explore and question the emotional and physical connections between food and art, using the MAMBO collection as a starting point. It explores works that address themes such as hunger, food and eating, understanding that these elements transcend the mere satisfaction of physical needs, being deeply intertwined with culture, memory, identity and human emotions.
The project is part of the MAMBO residency programme, which establishes connections between gastronomy and art from a sensorial perspective.
