In this chapter I am centering dance, dance theatre, and somatic fields with an ecofeminist framework to bring in approaches and lenses to ecological theatre. An objective here is making the claim that these practices and lenses have been and remain neglected in theatre and eco-dramaturgy; their inclusion has the significant potential to offer layers and insights to complexities such as colonialism and environmental destruction.
