Dr Joe Graham is an artist and drawing researcher, currently based between Cornwall and London, UK. He completed his practice-led PhD in Drawing Research at Loughborough University School of the Arts (2015), his MFA in Fine Art Media at the Slade School of Fine Art, UCL (2010), and his BA in Fine Art Painting at Chelsea College of Art & Design (2002). He is currently Lecturer in Drawing at Falmouth University, and Visiting Lecturer in Critical & Historical Studies at the Royal College of Art. His current research is concerned with exploring the phenomenology of the drawn line across a range of media, as part of a larger examination investigating drawing as a form of communication.
