This is a journey to my practice as part of my artistic research on the notion of time within the frame of instant composition. During the second research cycle , I 'shaped' and developed a process that is consisted of perceptual and compositional tools and which I rigorously follow as a preparatory practice before entering into instant composition sessions.
Moving towards an instant composition performance which will embody my perception of time as an endless flow of energy with which we move along, as undevided parts of it, revealing through the body a variety of temporal and spatials qualities, variations and changes, my challenge is to let all investigative tools emerge during the performance time.
Key words:
connectivity, flow, time-space, present, wide-now, Sensorial Movement, phrasing, sustainment, continuity, Maurice Merleau-Ponty, water, circles, waves, spirals, lines, gestures, fast, slow, contra tempo, rhythmic motifs, impulse,, improvisation, instant composition, master choreography, COMMA.
