About this exposition

EN Space between 152,9 and 154,2 A project by /barbaragurrieri/group curated by Ambra Stazzone The project consists of work carried out in two phases: one archiving, one producing. The first phase, lasting six months, was dedicated to photographic and video archiving of a route travelled in the same place every day. During the second phase, lasting three months, seven paintings were produced (acrylic on canvas, various sizes), forty drawings (laser prints on opaque squared paper) and a video montage (60”). The work was carried out with a rigorous method with the aim of recounting the visual reconstruction of a chosen place obtained through the use of recording/deconstructing and the superimposition/reconstruction of the variations in relations between its constitutive elements (sky – sea – waves – shore) in the chosen time period. IT Lo spazio compreso tra 152,9 e 154,2 un progetto di /barbaragurrieri/group curato da Ambra Stazzone Il progetto consiste in un lavoro condotto in due fasi: una di archiviazione e una di produzione. La prima fase, durata sei mesi, è stata dedicata all’archiviazione fotografica e video di un percorso effettuato nello stesso luogo ogni giorno. Durante la seconda fase, durata tre mesi, sono stati prodotti sette dipinti (acrilico su tela, dimensioni varie), quaranta disegni (stampa laser su carta millimetrata opaca) e un montaggio video (60’’). Un lavoro condotto con metodo rigoroso allo scopo di raccontare la ricostruzione visiva di uno spazio prescelto ottenuta attraverso la registrazione/decostruzione e la sovrapposizione/ricostruzione delle variazioni dei rapporti tra i suoi elementi costitutivi (cielo – mare – onde – battigia) nel lasso di tempo prescelto.
