The aim of the research project is to analyze the rural ( presently suburban) countryside - landscape in a broad-range context.
The research is based on a collection of comparative images representing changes in the landscape, the displacement or loss of values that constitute the unique character of the rural landscape in selected areas.
The aim is to make a comparative analysis, to indicate the transformations taking place in the space - suburban landscape - landscape under the influence of the development of the economy, construction, changes in customs and culture.
Over the course of the following year, 2025, a section of the old country road survived.
It still exists.
However, its surroundings are constantly changing.
The neighboring road junction is heavily used.
It is associated with constant noise and noise pollution.
The country road, now a bicycle path, ends at the junction with the expressway.
It reaches a kind of physical and symbolic wall.
One world ends, another begins.
Some of the trees have been cut down, removed, destroyed.
The landscape is changing.
Gaps are appearing in the dense layout.
The shade has diminished.
It observes, measurements continue.
