Mark Peter Wright is an artist and researcher working at the intersection of critical theory, contemporary art and education. His practice explores the relationship between humans, animals, environments and their associated technologies of capture: critically and playfully generating debate through installation, performance and sound.  http://markpeterwright.net

 

He is an associate lecturer at the University of the Arts, London and has delivered papers internationally; including at the Critical Media Lab (Switzerland), Goldsmiths University (UK), Harvard University (USA), University of Copenhagen (Denmark) and University of Stavanger (Norway). He collaborates on various practice-based research projects including Matterlurgy with Helena Hunter and Points of Listening with Salomé Voegelin. He is also the founding editor of the online platform Ear Room
