Parasiting

The idea of developing structures and spreading a pattern has led me to my current interest in parasiting. Invasion and taking space of the plant parasitesharmless agents of animal or human body parasites or the social parasites existing in every system. These are very broad topics to explore and at first, I was a bit confused about where to start. But now I think that it is a great opportunity to work with such a massive field of inspiration and ideas. Also, the relationship between the host and the parasite is another interesting topic as well as the idea of a parasite as a political construct of every governmental structure.

While researching the theme of parasitism in art history, I discovered that there is a whole genre of people looking for lice or fleas. I am still not sure, but probably art interventions or street art could also be seen as an act of parasitising the public space with invasive meanings. The important message, that Michel Serres states in his book is that parasite is not good or bad, but it keeps the balance.
