Kaho Cheung has been a sound recordist and a post-production engineer for contemporary music. His PhD research focuses on urban soundscapes, especially sounds found in the metro systems of Europe, Asia, and North America. Graduated from the University of Manchester with a major in electroacoustic music, he has taught music technology at the Mahidol University in Thailand, the Hong Kong Baptist University, and Macao Polytechnic Institute. Apart from his practice-based research and creative soundscape works, he has worked as a technical staff member in the broadcasting industry and is currently working in the retail industry.
