My thought behind visuals.
The color blue is not immediately apparent in nature when you observe at ground level. Typically, you see earthy tones of brown and green. However, I find it fascinating that blue has a more subtle presence in elements like mushrooms and insects, which are often overlooked in a forest. To me, the green hue dominating a summer forest has an underlying layer of blue.
This observation has inspired the idea that, much like the secondary color green, there is beauty in layering your observations. Nothing is exactly as it appears on the surface.
With this work, I aim to highlight the importance of layering in my observations
