My thought behind visuals.
When the picture of the black hole was taken, it inspired me to reflect on our origins and left me in awe of the power of imagination. Despite the unimaginable distance, we managed to capture a meaningful image of it. This prompted me to think about our origins and how I could translate this sense of wonder into an artwork. Since the picture is in the public domain, I find it intriguing to use this visual and transform my amazement into an artistic expression.
My thought behind this test
I'm still struggling with how to convey this feeling of wonder. I chose a white synthetic fabric background with black ink, but something still feels incomplete. I can't quite pinpoint what's missing at the moment. I believe I need to explore this concept of "imagination distance" further before I can continue with the next phase of this process
