Towards a Dramaturgical Lexicon of Things

The following lexicon gathers words that emerged during the Costume Jam Sessions in the workshop Costume Dramaturges. They are fragments of thoughts, sensations, and associations – words that resonated in the room and across the materials, bodies, and things. Rather than functioning as fixed definitions, the lexicon acts as a field of potential dramaturgies: a vocabulary for speaking about what things do, how costumes behave, and how dramaturgy unfold.
The lexicon is offered as an open invitation: to explore language as a way of exploring the dramaturgies of things.
