In this text, I reserach the concept and perception of time as a fictitious unit. How do we know time has passed? We look at the clock, at the date in calendar. If we do not have this, we observe the darkness and change of light. In order to show the fiction of time, in this text are the two main parts, which are separated in different sections of time - in the reality of time and in the perception of time in virtual reality.
Every year doctoral candidates of Vilnius Academy of Arts present their practice as research in exhibitions and other professional events. This year due to Covid uncertainties instead of physical exhibition, expositions at Research Catalogue were developed. They present individual artistic research positions by 2nd and 3rd year candidates. We are grateful to Michael Schwab for facilitating workshop and helpful review process.
