Between minimal art and minimal music and minimality in minimalism towards reductionism today
– two different universalities of ethics and aesthetics.
Wittgenstein and Spinoza:
Spinoza speaks of freedom in different meanings in ethics. First of all, there is freedom according to its official definition (1d7)1: what exists is free and acts solely on the basis of its own nature. God is free in this sense and he alone (1p17c2). Second, there is freedom of will. In Spinoza's eyes, this is superstition. God is not a person, but the totality of nature. Not transcendence, but pure immanence. This view has consequences for our life practice: Instead of praying, it is important to understand the laws of nature, logic and psychology.
Logik - Mechanisums /Ethik - (Zeigen -> Priori-Aktivität) - Geste/Ästhetik
Wittgenstein has created a specific account of 'Gerüst'. i.e. framework, scaffolding
I design this site currently, how to express the relation and connection between topics simply and encode these topics visually.
Wittgenstein's geometry itself does not address transversal aesthetics. From this aspect, Japanese contemporary architecture addresses rather transversal aesthetics. -> From Minimalism to minimality
Thereby I attempt to explain it logically.
Conclusion: Tractatus of Wittgenstein, there are no hierarchy and concurrence between matters. There are no accounts of lofty and sublime. Thereby his 'gesture' is communication as a connection between matters, it creates an event. We can see it in today's architecture, such as automation and its function, which is not a manipulation.
Aesthetics and ethics of Zeami:
Both Spinoza and Zeami speak of life under the laws of nature, but Zeami speaks rather from a biological aspect and its environment of sein/being.
For Spinoza, it is important to understand the law of nature, logic and psychological objectivity. - Psychology
In other words, 'God' is in mind as nature and pureness. (pure immanence) -> something x and pleasure Today's account is without 'God(ness)'. It might be possible to have an aesthetic experience such as in lyrics (writing).
For Zeami, it is important to understand the law of nature, and logic, but in the being subjectivity. - Consciousness
In other words, it is awareness. -> introspection
On imagination in Western art: it is important for generating knowledge.
Is imagination a psychological objectivity?
Did Einstein's theory of general relativity come out through his imagination?
In the context of Zeami, it might be under 'subconsciousness', which is not objective.
When human beings are in a state of "nothingness", human will be able to possibly demonstrate human's full potential.
All stories have an end and a beginning.
Buddhism is a transversal aesthetics as philosophy, it is an Asiatic mentality, which is not only in Japan as well as in Korea.
When my lover will die, after his/her death, he/her will be wind, and he/her will be around me.
When my father lived, he did not stand by me, however, after he died, he is surrounding me as wind.
That is a little bit sentimental, but it is the Asian culture.
A friend of mine is a Korean filmmaker, who lives and works in Canada currently. He had a degree MFA from The California Institute of the Arts, USA. His friend at The California Institute of the Arts, who was an American contemporary artist, and video artist died in 2020. He created the film 'Wind', which was dedicated to him, an American contemporary artist, and video artist, who had left us impressive artworks. He was one of the scholars at the DAAD Berliner Artist Program. We are the same generation.
